Welcome to this lovely townhouse in Santa Margalida with AC, terrace and private pool. This 3-storey house has 250 m2 and capacity for 10 people. The nearest beach is just 8 km.
This modern house has 5 well decorated bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, so it is ideal for big families and groups of Friends. Three of the rooms have double bed and en suite bathroom, while the other two have twin beds and share a bathroom. There is also a toilet.
In the bright living room there are two comfy sofas and two armchairs, where you will be able to relax or even have a little ‘siesta’. The dining area has a big table so you can eat all together.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, juice maker, oven, dishwasher, fridge and a lot more. There are also washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The outdoors are great! Go out to the terrace, sunbathe, have a BBQ with your friends, swim in the pool or relax in the integrated Jacuzzi. There are two terraces: one upstairs with the pool and sunbeds; and one downstairs with a BBQ, table and chairs.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

The house and its facilities are totally private. We’ll leave bed linen and bath towels for you (beach towels are not available).
