We are native Dubliners hosting Airbnb guests in our home. The house is central, clean, warm with fast WIFI, an LGBT cool safe space with hot coffee and comfy clean double beds for our guests. CHECK-IN until 2200hrs. Later check-in by agreement/extra cost.
Our home is a relaxed safe space for all visitors to Dublin. Guest bedroom is bright, clean, warm and centrally heated. The home is a Victorian era house originally built for the military officers at the former Marlborough army barracks next door. The house is a 2008 modern renovation which retains the character of a Victorian home.
Centre city safe and secure residential neighbourhood. Adjacent to Stoneybatter, DIT Grangegorman campus, Courts of Justice and the Phoenix Park.
Dublin Bus route 37 [halt 1654] stops outside of our front door. Heuston train station is ten minute walk - distance 1 km max.

We welcome visitors to our home and can make suggestions about best value attractions in our native city. We have a guest manual which includes information about the best value quality restaurants, art galleries, historic buildings around Dublin City.
We don't do house rules … however: please SHOES OFF inside; eat food in the kitchen (not in the bed) and no smoking indoors ;-)
Clean Towels Policy: PLEASE no makeup removal usage. Towels destroyed with your makeup please take them home and compensate us.
FLIGHTS scheduled to arrive at Dublin airport 20.00hrs are fine for instant booking. Flights arriving after 20.00hrs by negotiation with hosts.

The house is central, secure, clean and warm. Accommodation for Airbnb guests visiting for a few days. There are great museums, cathedrals, art galleries, theatres, coastal cliff walks and oh, some nice bars too.
