Stunning hill-side views. This architecturally designed development of houses was originally part of the demesne of Dunkerron Castle, the 13th century stronghold of the O'Sullivan Mor family.

Forest walkway to beach - 20 mins walk. Ideal for families, or a short run. Stony beach, with picnic table and panoramic views overlooking stunning Kenmare Bay.
No. 11 is just 2km from Kenmare Heritage Town.
All residents have access to the indoor swimming pool and gym at Kenmare Bay Hotel for a nominal fee, located 2km away.
Next door to Dunkerron Woods is the excellent Boathouse Bistro, on the grounds of Dromquinna Manor. Idyllic spot, with wi-fi, set right at the water's edge.
Small children's outside play equipment area within the Estate.
Wi-fi now available in the House (€5 per day; €15 per week)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 11 Dunkerron Woods. The houses have a charming exterior and the setting is beautiful. We made great use of the walk through the wood to the little stoney beach, the kids absolutely loved throwing pebbles into the water and the adults loved the view. We went down there most evenings. The interior of the house is lovely, plenty of room for a big family although we did find the kitchen area a little small at times. The bathrooms were spacious and the master bedroom was very big. There was heaps of info provided on local amenitie, attractions etc. It is a bit out from town but that didnt bother us and meant we had that beautiful walk to avail of. I would love to go back to this house again!

The house was attractive, clean, spacious and well-appointed. Caroline was a good communicator and Marie, the local contact, came by to orient us. It worked great for our group. Be aware that the paid wifi is spotty and you may need to go in to town for wifi. Pretty, quiet area. We would stay again.

Superb house for a large group. Well stocked and clean. Fabulous location, a short drive for Kenmare. Just perfect for us: four couples and a toddler.

The home is very big and easily accommodated our huge party. Majella (the property manager) was very helpful in helping during our stay. Caroline was always available to answer questions at all times! A really nice home and excellent location!
