Long term guests (28+days) will enjoy a turn-key place to call home during their work, school, study, rotation, sabbatical, contractual period, etc. Everything you'll need for going off to work, relaxing in respite, comfortable temp accommodations for relocating, or adventuring out to explore the area or island is included. This master bedroom affords guests more space and privacy along with it's en suite bathroom.
This private master bedroom with a new queen bed and newly renovated en suite bath sits on the botanical gardens side of the 3 bdrm/2 bath condo for more privacy.
We provide just-like-home enjoyments: A cable TV and WiFi in your room. A BBQ area and pool are on the site. Supplies for take away BBQ's, picnics, the beach, hikes, bodyboarding, and snorkeling are also available. All linens for bedding and bath as well as the beach and pool are included along with laundering supplies for a in-unit washer/dryer. We provide weekly cleaning for the common areas.
Your large private space has a dresser, armoire and many shelves and landing spots for keeping your belongings put away or out within easy reach. The master bath has a step-in shower and vanity with storage along with shelving to store your personals.
Please understand, this is not the same as a hotel, hostel or shared apartment rental. All reservations are as guests in rooms of my home. The room and bath are yours to keep as your private space. The common areas are shared by all guests for small periods of use and relaxing when returning from work/study/touristing.

Full kitchen use of our completely supplied kitchen; refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster over, slow-cooker, rice cooker, blender, Nutri Bullet, bread machine, etc. Help yourself to whatever staples, condiments, spices, etc are around.
An in-unit washer and dryer along with laundering supplies are provided.
There is one parking space in front of the unit. Guests of this Master Suite are afforded priority of using the stall (less the needs of maintaining the unit by myself, repairmen, cleaners, etc). As a convenient option, please see below “Getting Around" about secured car sharing site: Turo where I offer a discount and shorter rental periods to my guests.

I'm out of town a little more often these days, but we have several instructional placards to assist you in enjoying the home. We also have many books, pamphlets and printouts to help you pick out nearby favorite sites, beaches, attractions, restaurants, etc or simply read about Hawai’i and it's history.
We do not have A/C and we tropical residents are acclimated to not needing anything more than the ceiling and desk fans at times in the warmer months and lots of natural tradewinds in other months. It also helps us keep our rates low for our guests. Please consider other listings that do offer A/C if you are in the least bit uncomfortable in warm or humid weather.
RESTRICTIONS: No parties, gatherings or entertaining: For the comfort of all guests of our home, we reserve this space as a quiet respite for them to relax, work from home, and study in.
NO SMOKING GUESTS: No smoking inside or outside property: We homeowners are moving our building towards a smoke-free condo. Guests who smoke should look into a smoker accommodating home.
REGISTRATION: For the comfort, safety and security of all of our guests, everyone must be fully verified and registered. If you wish to have a family member or mate added to the room, you must make a written request, and place a reservation alteration. The additional charge will be added accordingly for the period of their visit.
CHILDREN: No infants or children under 12 for the safety and the comfort of all guests of our home. 12 yrs. and over are counted as guests and must be fully registered.
NO PETS: Sorry; due to allergies of some family members who stay as guests, no pets on the property.
NO GUESTS OF GUESTS: No unregistered guests, friends, family, persons: For the comfort, security, insurance and liabilities of all guests of our home, no unregistered guests on the property except for pick-ups and drop-offs at the loading zone.
KITCHEN, PARLOR, DINING USE: Limited quiet access from 9pm to 9am. Extended use for cooking, dining and parlor TV watching can be enjoyed from 9am to 9pm.
QUIETNESS: General residential condo courtesies and considerations: TV, music, phone calls, conversations turned down after 9 pm. No group conversations in the common areas between 9am-9pm. Many guests are from international places on different time-zones
CLEANLINESS: For the quality, value, and comfort of all guests and myself you will be expected to leave each of the common areas after use as if you had not been there. All counters, tables and trays should be cleared and wiped clean. The sofas, chairs and tables should be cleared of any personal items after spending time there.
Nena, our cleaning staff, comes every Tuesday from 1pm-4pm to clean the common areas. It is helpful to her and lends to your comfort as well if you make plans to be away from the condo at that time. She will vacuum, dust, launder common and 2nd bath linens, and deep clean appliances and other areas as necessary. Please remember she is not there to clean up after guests.
LONG STAYS: Guests will be required to have their rooms cleaned by Nena every two weeks. She will wash/change linens, vacuum, dust, and wipe down your in-room kitchenette. You will need to clear these surfaces to a reasonable degree to allow for this cleaning. There is an additional cleaning charge of $50/month.
You, your travel party, guests reserving other rooms, our neighbors and I will appreciate honoring these House Rules and any other reasonable expectations not stated here. Please be assured as a guest, any violations will result in contact with AirBnB along with immediate cancellation of a reservation (without refund).
