Enjoy this private, gorgeous, clean, just renovated 1 bedroom apartment. It sleeps 4 w/comfy special sofabed. Its in a small prewar limestone bldg. on a quiet street in historic Lefferts Gardens. A 3 minute walk to express trains and Prospect Park.
This is apartment in a pre-war limestone was just lovingly renovated. It's on a quiet block with historic landmarked buildings. It has high ceilings, all new appliances, fixtures and mattresses. In addition to the queen size bed there's a very comfortable modern queen size sofa bed- not a miserable springy pull out. The flooring is lovely- wood, parquet and Italian tile. Crackle and mosaic tile in the kitchen and bath. Natural light abounds with windows in the front and skylights in the bathroom and kitchen. There's recessed lighting as well as reading lamps. A/C in the bedroom and two modern high end ceiling fans in the living room and kitchen will keep you cool. The wireless is fast and there's a backup network if you have issues. There's a largish LCD monitor with a Apple TV and or HDMI you can plug into your laptop. Sheets and towels are included and clean ones are provided each week.
