Bohemian guest house with full kitchen, bath and expansive Cascade view pasture. Build a fire in the fire pit, hike, or jot into Seattle. Ideally located, 3 1/2 m. from I-90, 2m from Rattlesnake Ridge and minutes from downtown North Bend.
Nestled in the foothills of the cascades this cozy carriage house adjacent to an English Tudor manor offers the perfect combination of nature and elegant accommodations. The kitchen has a full gas range with oven, microwave, small fridge upstairs and a large one down, dishwasher, pots and pans, cast iron skillet, Keurig, plates and utensils, as well as spices and oils. The kitchen and dining table overlook the frog pond, vegetable garden, meadow, mount Washington and probably a few of our chickens wandering the yard. We are happy to share their eggs if requested. There is also a red bone coon hound on the property, she is very curious, young, and loves people. The living room has cable tv, board games, and it is open to the kitchen so the space is easy to socialize in. The full bath has a shower and tub, which includes a flat iron, blow dryer and a selection of professional salon products.
You can wander the entire yard 3 1/2 acres, minus our back patios. There are also a selection of board games, sleds for the winter snow, and croquet for the yard. The frog and turtle pond and chicken coop are also fun additions to check out.
We are happy to interact with the guests as much or as little as they would like. Also always happy to make hiking, dinner or other activity recommendations.
The neighborhood is very quiet, the large lot sizes and cascade views make it an ideal area to stroll. Please respect our quiet neighborhood and the privacy of our neighbors
There is no public transit to speak of here so a car is strongly advised.

We love living in the beautiful Snoqualmie Valley where we enjoy gardening and being outside on our acreage. Entertaining and sharing quality time with family is a priority as is traveling and exploring all manners of world cuisine. Our pastoral setting is a work in progress as we endeavor to create a sustainable landscape to share with our hens and energetic Red Bone coon hound. We like good literature, music and movies, especially when shared with friends and fine wine.
