Welcome to Deepwell Delight, a newly remodeled home that welcomes you for your vacation in the beautiful desert. Located in the desirable Deepwell neighborhood, you can enjoy strolls through the beautiful manicured neighborhood, and are walking distance to the hotspot Saguro Hotel & restaurants and shopping at Smoke Tree Village Center. The dining & action of downtown Palm Springs are just minutes away so you can enjoy this home as your base for your vacation!
Built in the early 1950s, this California Hacienda home was completely remodeled in 2014 and provides modern comforts and accommodations. The home features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (2 being en-suite), all surrounding the pool with lovely mountain views. The dining area seats 8. The kitchen includes brand new appliances and all of the tools to entertain in style and create fantastic memories. There is a natural gas BBQ for outdoor cooking along with outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful desert nights.
Interior design was created by the set designer of “Will and Grace”, and has a modern and comfortable feel. The Living Room features two sofas and a 46” TV, with cable & DVD. Wireless internet runs strong throughout the entire home and out at the pool to keep you connected.
The Master Suite offers a king-sized bed, 46” TV, and en-suite bathroom with oversized glass and tile shower. A large sliding door opens onto the pool, providing direct access to the pool and spa. There are three additional Guest Rooms; with one featuring a King-sized bed with en-suite bath and the other 2 with comfy queen-sized beds. Each bedroom features a TV and DVD player.
One of Deepwell Delights’ top features is that it’s home is built like a “U” around the pool, getting maximum sunlight throughout the day and providing nice views of the San Jacinto Mountains. The pool also includes a spa built into the pool that holds 6. The house also has lots of noodles, floats, etc. to make the pool either fun or relaxing – your choice!

Early check-in or late check-out may be available with an extra fee ($175.00). Pool heating optional with an extra fee - $50.00 per day, $250.00 per week (not needed in summer), actual utilities paid for reservations 28 days or longer. City Tax 11.5% not included in pricing and shall be paid separately with rental contract.

The home is located in the the upscale DeepWell Estates area on a corner lot on South Sunrise Way, just minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Close distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and everything South and Central Palm Springs have to offer. 5 minutes from Palm Springs Airport and Downtown, 2 minutes to Smoketree shopping area. 10 minute walk to the Chabad center.

Important Vacation Rental Regulations in Palm Springs -
MUSIC ‐ All music is prohibited outside at a Vacation Rental property at all times of the day.
POOL ‐ Being in the pool is fun. Please keep voices and pool activities to a reasonable level as to not impact neighbors when occupying the Vacation Rental.
CONDUCT ‐ Creating any unlawful disturbance, engaging in disorderly conduct at the Vacation Rental property is prohibited.
NIGHT TIME ‐ At your discretion please consider moving indoors after 10pm to help preserve the quiet neighborhoods. If you choose to be outside, please be considerate of the neighbors and use indoor voices and do not exceed the established allowed levels. Our neighborhoods are very quiet at night. The City may issue a citation if the noise level is recorded above allowed levels.
OCCUPANCY ‐ Please abide by the occupancy limits set in your reservation.
PARKING ‐ Please utilize driveway and/or garage when parking your vehicle(s) before using street parking. There is a limitation on parking. Only one (1) vehicle per bedroom is allowed at any given time.
HOUSEKEEPING/MAINTENANCE - Guest agrees to notify Oasis Rentals upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue, including pool heating. Failure to do so precludes any courtesy consideration. RATE ADJUSTMENT/ COMPENSATION WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED IF REPORTED ISSUE IS NOT FIXED WITHIN 24 HOURS.
POOL AND HOUSE SAFETY : Guest is exclusivley responsible for pool safety for you, your children and invitees. Guest acknowledges that the safety of yourself, your guests, children or pets depends on you. Pools, spas, fire pits and BBQ's are serious safety risks and hazards - including injury or death - if not used with attentive care and caution. By booking this home on AIRBNB you are fully aware of and assume the risk for yourself, your party and for any guests or invitees during your lease. We are not responsible for accidents. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY (ACTIVE OR PASSIVE) OASIS RENTALS, ITS OWNERS, MANAGEMENT OR EMPLOYEES, AND PROPERTY OWNER, FROM ANY HARM OR INJURY CAUSED BY USING THE POOL AND/OR SPA EQUIPMENT - OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPERTY.
Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, may terminate this contract at any time and vacate a Tenant/Guest from property with no refund if Tenant/Guest violates any of the material terms listed above or if police or City enforcement has been dispatched to the property due to unruly behavior at the property or if Oasis Rentals, at its sole discretion, has grounds to believe that tenant may cause damage to property, or conduct illegal activity on property.

The "FINE PRINT" - All vacation rentals in Palm Springs and surrounding cities must follow very strict local vacation rental ordinances (laws) to remain in business, including strict occupancy limits (2 persons per bedroom), collection of separate local occupancy taxes (9% - 13%), party free homes, good neighbor policies, no outdoor music permitted at vacation rentals, renters must be over the age of 25 to book, and an actual rental contract must be signed with an ID provided for the responsible renter.
We understand that this may add a few extra steps to the speedy AirBnB booking process. We do hope that our ever present sunshine, amazing homes and pools, and stunning mountain views would make up for the extra steps. Please keep in mind that we don't make the local laws, we just follow them!!!
