We built 92C in 2010 to take advantage of the view. Many of the materials used were recycled.

Full apartment and private courtyard with barbeque.
The bottom communal garden is where the 8x10m rabbit enclosure is located. There is a path leading directly there from your apartment. You are very welcome to enter it and feed/play with the five rabbits. Food is provided. Rabbits reach for food with their tongues, not teeth ... so six bunnies on top of you won't hurt. Strangely, the two most timid ones allow toddlers to get closer than adults.

We try to be available at all times .. we'll assume you like privacy unless you give us a call.

Trevallyn is an eclectic neighbourhood ... many period homes that overlook the river. Lots of families and large gardens. A deli/cafe/bakery/specialty grocer is just up the road (1km) ... Trevallyn Grocer Trevallyn Bakery.

Getting around is best done by car. It is under 5 minutes' to the centre .. the highway cuts the time. Parking for 92C is either in the bay outside your apartment (steep access) or directly outside the property on the residential street, (no restrictions and well lit at night).

We are just a couple of kilometres from the Cataract Gorge with its long and short walking trails.
Pantry: complimentary pantry of drygoods...flour, sugar, etc..plus four kinds of cereal. Also tea, coffee. Fresh items such as milk and bread can be purchased at the specialty deli/grocer/bakery up the road, or Woolworths ... a couple of minutes down the highway.
Foxtel (platinum all-channels) & WIFI are complimentary.
A second tv and dvd player in bedroom in case kids are staying and want to watch something else.
Huge selection of current dvd's is also available.
Split system air conditioner in main living area with panel heaters in bedrooms.
In winter, electric blankets and goose down doonas are provided.
92c has a shower room with vanity. Across the hall is a toilet with pedestal sink.
