Musician or Not, anyone can stay. This music house is located in the Berry Hill section of Nashville, just one half mile from an array of 68 state of the art recording studios of which we are affiliated with and 2.5 miles from the infamous Broadway party area.
Our location is in the NEW MUSIC ROW area which is a fun Nashvillian area, not to be confused with MUSIC ROW area which is pretty much only businesses.
Our goal is to also be the semi-private boutique “Go To" “Point of Sale" company by aligning international & domestic visiting artists with genre compatible producers at critically acclaimed Nashville recording facilities.
Designed for producers, artists & songwriters to "Work it all out," this so called "Ultimate Band House" facility, was established as a support system for the 50 plus recording studios located in the Berry Hill, Nashville area by providing staged rehearsal space, writer space, event space for industry showcases & gatherings, photo & video shoot space, overnight accommodations, ground transportation, tour bus parking and armed protection services.
Still curious? A little detail … for our established business relations, the facility sports a pre-production rehearsal & stage area with a full back line, Mackie PA system, stage lighting, producers seating, guest seating & more for a modest $35 per hour, all inclusive.
The facility also offers overnight stay rooms available for $39 to $150 per day. Rooms accommodate up to 4 persons per room.
We offers services such as vocal training & musical instruction, graphic art, stage video production, web based musician's referral and song placement, social media promotion. We are also involved in live music productions & promotions.
Our secondary valued affiliate services specialize in graphic wraps, poster & flyer printing, swag, custom wardrobe design & fulfillment, auto repair, exotic and basic vehicle rentals.
And guess what! Last but not least … All in purple, we have a guitar & unique item showroom called “The Purple Haze Room," designed as a tribute to the late great Jimi Hendrix. This room also doubles as a creative writer's room, or acoustic rehearsal room equipped with a Bose Tower PA. A must see! :-)

Échanges avec les voyageurs
Our place is a place of social interaction based on a theme of musical enjoyment.
Creative writing, musical composition and more.
Smoking is allowed outside.
The room shows 1 queen bed, however when 3 or 4 guests are staying, we set up a luxury twin or queen air mattress. They're really comfy!
Quiet hours are 10PM to Noon. Unless all other guests agree to not be quiet and play music and party.
There might be other guests in the 2 other bedrooms from time to time and will be sharing the bathroom and common area when home. Please be courteous and tidy up after use. Your personal toiletry stuff can be left on a shelf in the bathroom closet and not so on the sink counter. :-).
2.5 miles to downtown area.
This space is not a short walking distance to downtown Broadway. You can walk it. I have. But it's an 8 to 10 min car ride to that area. An $8 to $10 Lyft ride cost.
This space is on New Music Row which is primarily an area for recording studios, original live music venues, restaurants and residents. We have some of the best restaurants in Nashville here and that's a for sure fact but it's not a cover band bar hopping location as is Broadway. Most Airbnb's are not located in the Broadway area because there are very few resident housing locations there. There are hotels there and you can be sure to pay $300 per night.
But that's the reality of Nashville so that there is no misleading going on here and so you don't have those expectations. All good!
Hate rules! Let's just call them guidelines. Basic considerations such as cleaning up after oneself.
After your stay, please remove the sheets and pillow cases (not shams) from the beds leaving the comforter on the bed and place along with towels near the room doorway. :-)
After your stay please leave the key on the table next to the bed.
During your stay, whenever you exit the house, please lock the bottom door lock. When entering the house, please do the same. But please don't lock the top lock or other guests won't be able to enter without you having to let them in. :-).
During your stay you can place your bathroom items on the shelf in the bathroom closet or in your room leaving the bathroom counter free of clutter. Just pick and open spot. :-).
Music rehearsals from noon to midnight are allowed for rehearsal space renters.
Please park on the right side area of driveway leaving the left side as a pathway for other cars to get in and out.
Please smoke all things outside. Ease on down.

I'm a singer/songwriter, recording artist, entertainer, Carnegie Hall Headliner born in New Jersey living in Music city, Nashville TN, USA.
Recently, I was ranked #1 on the Nashville Americana Charts for Reverbnation, and #2 on the worldwide Global Americana Charts. I am a recipient of a NYC Timmy Award for "Best Singer." I have other awards but prefer not to mention at this time to keep it short and sweet. :-).
One of my purposes at this time in my life is to help others achieve their goals since I have been blessed enough to achieve mine. I look to refer other talent to the contacts that I have made in order to facilitate that means, as well as advise and support them in their efforts. I believe in creating good karma for myself and for those around me by teaching the basic principals of living a positive, clean and spiritual lifestyle.
My main personal traits are of an Ethical Vegan, animal rights advocate and all around stand up person. Spiritual and compasionate is how I see myself. Most say I'm friendly and easy to get along with. I place high value on being respectful of others wishes and being considerate. I feel I have a moderate passive nature. I love to participate in higer conscious conversations.
Other than that, my favorite saying is "It's all good" ... and it is!
