À propos de ce logement
Your stay in the Cloud Room is inside one of Atlanta's most unique homes! All located in Atlanta's best neighborhood: Virginia Highlands. Walking distance to many of Atlanta's best shops, restaurants, the Atlanta Beltline and Piedmont Park.
Welcome to Shangri-la! Our Cloud Room is a unique and luxurious space with Tibetan-Himalayan decor. The walls were done by a master faux painter and gently convey the sense of being in the clouds. Room is equipped with a large desk for your work and a standard size closet for your clothing.
Open up the french doors and step out onto a huge shared deck overlooking a beautifully wooded, large outdoor space. Built in benches provide the perfect spot to post up and sip your morning coffee while you listen to the birds.
Walk through hallways filled with art to find your private room tucked in the back of the house. South facing with windowed french doors, this spacious room is flooded with sunlight!
As you exit your bedroom the bathroom is to the left. Bathroom may be shared if there are other guests.
Quiet, peaceful and full of charm!
We've lived in Virginia Highlands for the last 25 years and we still think it's one of the best places to live and explore Atlanta from! Our home reflects our many years of travel traipsing over 6 continents, with art and artifacts from near and afar. The home functions as both an art gallery, museum and framing shop!
Accès des voyageurs
Guests will have shared access to the rest of the house: kitchen, living room, back deck and front porch. Next to room is a semi-private bathroom.

We both work from home. Krista is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor and Scott is a Custom Art Framer. Both of us have studios in our home. Scott's framing studio is in our basement and the house in its entirety functions as an art gallery. Krista works with her clients in her studio on the main floor of our house. You can even schedule a Massage, Yoga or Suspended Fitness session with Krista which you may enjoy before/after a long day exploring Virginia-Highland and all that Atlanta has to offer.
Our house has often been called a museum and art gallery! It's full of art from travels around the world. We have two parrots, Ziggy the macaw and Buddy the cockatoo.
Since we work from home, we are around a lot of the time. Conversation is always welcome!
If you want to explore outside the city we have another great property exactly 23 miles (20/30 min drive depending on traffic) north of the city up I-75 located at the trails of Historic Kennesaw Mt. An easy drive to Cobb Energy Center, LakePoint and Terminus.
*Treat our property with respect, practice conservation of water and turn off lights when you leave the room. Recycle.
*Smoking only outside please.
*Please enjoy meals in kitchen or outside deck and do not take food or drink to the bedroom.

We are a fun loving couple into health, yoga, fitness, global travel, the arts and spiritual growth.
We began Hosting with Airbnb summer of 2014. We now host travelers at 2 very different and unique properties. Although our properties are different from one another our style of hosting is the same, open and relaxed. We enjoy meeting new and interesting people, sharing and learning from one another. We take a very organic approach to hosting. Each guest presents a unique opportunity to interact and we allow that to unfold naturally.
We love our 2 parrots that are more companions than pets. Almost every guest at some point or another has the opportunity to meet them, interact and learn about them if they so choose.
