Sillwood Road is the perfect location, it's close to the seafront, a short walk to the Pier and the i360 and has all you need right on your doorstep. Our favourite pub "The Lion & Lobster" is around the corner, Preston Street offers plenty of choice when going for dinner and there's a Waitrose opposite.

Three bedroom town house that can sleep up to 10 guests. Great location that's a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk into Churchill Sq which is the main shopping area of Brighton. Across the road there's a Waitrose which is perfect for supplies for your stay or you could go out to one of the many restaurants or pubs in the area.
We'll meet you on arrival to give you keys and show you around. Happy to give recommendations and will be on call during your stay should an issue arise.

This beautiful three bedroom house is perfect for a family, a group of friends, business trip visitors, or a well behaved hen do. The whole house is yours! Built in the 1840's this early Victorian town house on Sillwood Road is located near some of the best architecture in the city. Walk around Adelaide Crescent or Brunswick Square and get the full story at The Royal Pavilion. Beautifully decorated throughout, the house features high ceilings with original cornices, a chequered tiled hallway and a theatrical curved staircase.
Basement:
The impressive kitchen and dining area in the basement is perfect for entertaining a large group. Guests can relax around the table and watch you cook up a storm in the kitchen! This level also provides a small outside patio area to enjoy a morning coffee and croissant, or relax in the evening with a large glass of wine. Also located on this floor is a laundry room and large bathroom featuring a WC, sink, a separate shower cubicle and a spacious bath tub.
Ground Floor:
On this level you will find a double bedroom (one double or three singles) and a large drawing/piano room with comfortable sofas, TV, and coffee table.
First Floor:
Two bedrooms and the second bathroom (WC, sink and shower cubicle). The bed in the second room is a double and the master can be made up as a king and a singles or three singles depending on your groups preference.

Don't forget to bring your beach wear! Sillwood Road is a five minute walk from the beach. Also within a short walk of the house is The Lion and Lobster pub - voted by locals as the best pub in Brighton. They are famous for a fantastic Sunday lunch.

The house features all mod cons including high speed broadband, TV's and DVD players.
Sillwood Road will meet all your location requirements. Only a 15 minute walk to the Palace Pier, 15 minutes to the railway station and 15 minutes to the Theatre Royal. The best that Brighton has to offer in independent shops can be found in the Laines which is only 10 minutes away.

AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

+(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)llwood road is a central Brighton location, meaning you are only 10 minutes walk from the centre but can enjoy being minutes from the beach and also close to the quieter Hove lawns - perfect for picnics, games or BBQs. There is a Waitrose and Sainsbury's at the top of the road to stock up on all essentials as well as Preston Street which is full of restaurants if you prefer to eat out. The new i360 is also moments from the property - take a stroll along the seafront and explore the quirky shops/ art galleries.

Brighton station is only a 15 minute walk away and Brighton and Hove buses are regular and travel across the city.

If you are coming by car, permits may be available but please check with the property manager.

House rules:

The house: We operate a leave it as you find it policy. Please make sure that all washing up is done and put away. Towels are left in the bath and bedding is left on the beds. Please do not wash the linen yourself.

Please do not put banners or bunting up with tape or tack.

Smoking: No smoking in any part of the house. Please go outside where there is a pot for the cigarette butts. Please do not throw them on the street as other live here too.

Rubbish: Please take ALL of your rubbish to the communal waste bin which is located on Western Road.

Heating & Lights: On arrival you will be shown how to operate the thermostat and where all the lights are. Please turn the heating and lights off if you go out. Please conserve energy. On departure please make sure that ALL are turned off.

Keys: You are issued with three sets of keys for the house On departure please leave two sets in the living room and then lock the front door and post back the third set. If keys are lost or taken by mistake please notify us immediately.

Damage or Noise: Please inform us of any damage to anything in the house. If there are complaints regarding noise from neighbours or the Police your security/damage deposit will be at risk.

Renny was a great host, met me at the check in and explained everything. He and his staff were also on hand whenever we needed the parking permits. The house is great for bigger groups (up to 10). Kitchen in the basement amazing for entertaining and eating together. The three bedrooms were very spacious. Location in the town centre allows easy access to all sights. Very near the beach and West Pier. My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we would definitely stay there again :)

Great location for a weekend away with friends. Parked the car then could walk wherever we wanted to get to. Renny was a top host with great local knowledge and was a great help with a very last minute booking.

We loved staying at Renny's. The house is fantastic and the location is convenient with amenities and the beach at a short walk. Renny helped us settle and provided parking permits and local recommendations. All in all a great break! Thanks.

It was great staying at this place. The house is gorgeous and very spacious, which was exactly what we needed. Everything is kept very clean and in good condition as well. We home to come back next year :)

Holiday Letting Property Manager for 16 clients in the Brighton & Hove area.
I set up the company in 2013 to provide accommodation for guests wishing to stay whether it be for pleasure or business. We have a personal touch meeting the guests on arrival and good relationships with all of our owners.
I'm 44 years old and am married with one daughter and our beagle Frazzle. Moved to Hove in 2010 and absolutely love it. The size of Brighton & Hove is just right and the seafront is amazing and shines a different light every day. There's always different events going on and new places to seek out.
