The house is large and has more than one living space for you to choose to relax. Nice outlook, elevated and surrounded by trees. A very 'leafy' suburb. The neighbourhood is quiet & very centrally located.
Large home, elevated, pleasant outlook.

Definitely NO smoking.
Always lock doors & windows when leaving the house - it is a 'safe' area but better to be cautious.
Be mindful of water consumption - 5 minute showers are not unreasonable. Leave the cooking area clean and tidy when finished.
Please don't take food into bedrooms.
Please take your shoes off inside the house (This isn't a rule but more a request).

I'm friendly and open. I like conversation and I also appreciate the quiet. I love to travel, and also hear about other people's adventures. I used to enjoy taking my dog Bonnie for a walk, especially along the breakwater but sadly Bonnie succumb to melanoma 2015. We still have Fergus, who, unlike Bonnie is a not so friendly cat who prefers to hide rather than be social.
I'm proud of the way Newcastle has shifted the old industrial image and replaced it with one of beauty and convenience, a great place to bring up my three (now adult) children. I have three gorgeous grandchildren who visit now and then. I enjoy meeting up with friends for coffee or a meal. I like a good coffee. I also like a nice red wine...actually most wine, not too fussy!
