Bedroom with shared bath. Two additional guests sharing full sized couch/bed in living room. Visitor parking space and a hot breakfast: eggs, hot cereal or pancakes; meat, potatoes, fresh fruit in season, yogurt, juice, coffee or tea, and biscuits, pastries or toast. If you stay for a week, you will get a different breakfast every day. Promise you won't go away hungry and you will save a minimum of $25 for breakfast purchased locally! This is a safe and quiet neighborhood just north of Seattle with easy walk to shopping, cafes and a local theater (1/2 mile) well known for their margaritas... movies and margaritas, now there is a concept!

Please ask if you need anything from the kitchen or need space in the fridge. Cooking in the room is NEVER allowed as the odor lingers, permeates bedding and may be offensive to the next guest.

Host is a retired travel writer with knowledge of area and can provide tips for local sites and activities as well as information on commercial travel by train, ship/ferry, plane or bus.
A full breakfast is served daily at 7am. This isn't a roll and coffee, it is a meal to get you going. See previous reviews (and photos) for guest reaction to this $13 to $15 per guest value. Additional guests pay $10 each.
Respect and happiness are our guides. If what you do here is what you would do at home, you will be fine. During times when only one of us is home, please understand that we will not approve reservations from parties of the opposite gender for everyone's safety. In other words, if Monica is home alone, a single man or two men will not be confirmed.
