À propos de ce logement
Bright lovely master bedroom on the 4th floor. Walking up the stairs, you will have the entire floor for yourself.
Best Central location in town- only a few blocks from Liberty Bell, Convention Center, Gayborhood, Old City, Wholefoods.
The comfortable room is located on the top floor of the house. You can enjoy the entire floor with private bath by yourself. The many windows on two sides of the room let in a lot of natural light. The room has hardwood floor, a queen size bed with memory foam mattress, a study desk, a small couch and coffee table, and walk-in wardrobe. We always aim to keep our home impeccably clean and clutter-free.
Our house has four floors. The listed room is on the top floor of the house. We have another guest room on the second floor.

Edison and I both work quite a bit outside of home so interaction with guests at home is limited, but if you have any questions, please email/text or call us.
For those who want parking, 2 hour street parking is available (meters) and a parking garage is only 2 minutes away, with reasonable 24-hour rates.
Two very large grocery stores are a 2 minute walk from our front door: Whole Foods Market and ACME. This is in addition to the legendary Italian Market (10 minutes' walk away), and countless restaurants, delis and coffeeshops nearby.
We only ask that guests do not wear shoes in the house. We provide slippers, so please ask if you'd like some. Also, please observe quiet hours after 11pm Sunday to Thursday, and midnight on Friday and Saturday.
Si vous annulez jusqu'à 5 jours avant votre voyage, vous recevez un remboursement intégral, frais de service compris.

I am a travel and culture fanatic and enjoy meeting people from all over this sunny planet of ours. Having traveled extensively through most of my 20's, I now (in my mid-30's) am thrilled to be an AirBnB host and let the world come to me.
Yes, I do still travel...just not quite as frequently as I once did. This year, my partner Edison and I will visit New Zealand and Australia. It will be my first time and I could not be more excited.
When I'm not at work, I enjoy studying language (currently trying to learn mandarin), hiking, music, ping pong, tennis, basketball, movies, art, reading, board games and exploring Philly's extensive cultural and gastronomic events and establishments.
Welcome to Philadelphia, everyone. It's truly an underrated city and a place that you will probably like much more than you expect to. Edison and I moved to Philly from the San Francisco Bay area three years ago and appreciate Philly more and more as time goes on.
Hope you all have fun here in Philadelphia! (it is difficult not to!)
