I'm born, raised, and still live in Chicago; north side, Rogers Park. I'm a pilot for a major company. I first used Airbnb when I visited my son in Champaign, Illinois for Dad's weekend a couple of years ago. It was great! We also enjoy hosting.
My significant other, Michelle, is a clinical social worker and she learned about Airbnb through her children who live in San Francisco.
Michelle and I have enjoyed renovating and landscaping the cottage. We built the firepit and have planted hundreds of spring blooming bulbs.
We also own the house on the adjacent property and spend a lot of time out here. So while you have privacy, we'll be available if you need anything.
