Located in the heart of historic, downtown Colorado Springs, 1914 renovated Victorian home is in a lovely get-away. The charm of this home-away-from-home will welcome you right away! A welcome basket with your snacks, coffee, and tea will be waiting for your arrival.
The entire home has been decorated in a comfortable “Pottery Barn” style. It’s the perfect place to relax after a day of enjoying Colorado Springs. We also have a large fenced in back yard with a pergola, lawn swings, and patio area for outdoor dining.
Guests will have access to the entire home and private, fenced yard.

If you plan to come to Colorado Springs to smoke marijuana, please choose a different property. We have found the strong smell stays on clothing and transfers to our furniture and bedding. We want to keep our home completely smoke free for all our guests!
We are a pet-friendlly property, allowing up to 2 dogs under 50 pounds. Pets must be pre-approved with us. (No cats, sorry). An additional one time fee of $25 for each pet will be charged to to you after you make your reservation. Dogs must be crated if left unattended at the property.
1.The person making this reservation and staying at the unit is at least 23 years old. Check in is at 3:00 p.m.
2.Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. This is a quiet, family-oriented community. Please respect the neighbors and observe these times. If there are complaints regarding loud noise or parties during quiet hours, you will be asked to leave the property and will not receive a refund.
3.People other than those in the Rental Agreement may not stay overnight in the property.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6.Homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
7.Smoking indoors of any kind (tobacco or marijuana) is NOT allowed. We provide ash trays out on the patio. We advertise this property as a smoke-free home. If housekeeping reports smoke residue in the unit, you will lose your damage deposit.
8.There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens, bath towels and kitchen towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There are second sets of linens and towels in the upstairs walk-in closet for those staying longer than 7 days.
9.Pets are permitted only with prior approval.
10.On the morning of your departure, please follow the checkout procedures which are in the Guest Handbook at the property, and posted on the refrigerator.
