You are free to use the kitchen to your heart's content.
Not pictured is a sunny patio for your enjoyment.
I work from home so prefer to host guests who are out and about during the day (as opposed to those looking to watch tv in my workspace). :)
Washer and dryer are not for guest use, but there is a laundromat about a mile away.
I do rent out two other rooms so you may meet other travelers. Under no circumstances should unpaid visitors be allowed in the home.
Do: be neat, be nice, be punctual, have a peaceful stay.
Don't: eat food that isn't yours, snoop, steal, make excessive noise, invite other guests in, bring food upstairs.
Quiet hours 9pm-7am; please no nighttime phone calls. My house echoes. A lot.

Hi! I have a beautiful home in the gorgeous town of Encinitas, a vibrant surf community. My kids are with me every other week so I rent out 3 of my 4 bedrooms every OTHER week.
I have parking in my driveway and am in a safe and quiet gated community.
I am currently home full time working as a consultant so my house is perfect for guests who like to be out and about during the day but want a quiet retreat at night.
I travel quite a bit so may or may not be here depending on the date. The best room is my Master Bedroom which I will gladly vacate to give you the space and comfort you need (as well as a private bathroom!). I also have a large room with a Queen and a small room with a twin that share a bathroom listed on this site.
My house usually fills up so please be social, but quiet and respectful of other guests. Airbnb is a unique experience, not a hotel, so I am hoping to find those guests that truly understand and appreciate the difference :)
