The experience was ok, but there were some things that I really disliked.
First of all, the administrator of the property is really friendly and made me feel welcomed, as well as Gerardo. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Even though it's really tiny (about 45 squared meters), I was able to accommodate 4 people easily; the sofa had a bed beneath, which was bigger than a twin bed. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed, although one of the tongs was dirty and I felt the need to wash everything twice.
One of the things I really disliked about the apartment was the bathroom: it was incredibly small and the shower didn't have a door. I recon it must have been a feat to fit a living room, bedroom and kitchen in such a small space, but I found it barely usable.
The other thing is not related to the apartment itself, but rather the place where it's located and the neighbors. I'm aware that I'm a picky person, so other guests might disagree with me on this one; but the village was very crowded, the pool was packed with people all day long, and people were in my opinion disagreeable. The street inside is one way only, so you'll have to drive all the way around to get to the apartment. Fortunately, the apartment is close to the exit, but not too close to the pool.
If you're like me, you'll probably spend most of the day outside anyway; however, if you are also as "lucky" as me and have to stay working, keep in mind that the wifi is really slow (1mbps) and there is no LTE signal.
Finally, if you want to watch TV at night, keep in mind that almost all the channels are in spanish and that the TV doesn't have a Chromecast, so no Netflix either. By the way, the image on the TV is a little warped. It's a small thing, but it's noticeable.
