Secure off-street parking at our tidy self-contained unit with its own driveway and courtyard for you to come and go with ease. Quiet suburban street 5min drive from town provides rest and relaxation while we can help you make the most of Rotorua!
The most comfortable bed on Air B&B - according our reviews!
Good location - not too close to the busyness but still handy to attractions, town & things to do.
Self-contained flat with everything you might need - detached from our home with it's own private drive and fenced courtyard so you have your privacy but can buzz us when you need to.,

Free wireless internet. Own basic cooking/eating, bathroom, shower & laundry facilities - includes fridge, microwave, toaster, electric hob, jug, frying pan, toasted sandwich maker, blender, washing machine & dryer ($2 per 30min donation). Comfortable queen bed with a fold-out 2-seater sofa bed. Portacot and spare fold out bed available - but being a studio flat, space is limited (comfy for two, 'cosy' for three or four).

Échanges avec les voyageurs
We love to share Rotorua and our Maori culture with Guests. We live in the house and are a busy family with school children so come and go as you wish and hopefully we will catch up during your stay.
Hot water is on gas bottle so let us know to change it if getting low or weak (can also run off house supply).
Ring the buzzer on back door of house if you need anything or text Chris/message via Air B&B if no-one is home. If coming to the house front door, we have a friendly guard dog out when we're home that may need to see your credentials first.
No smoking inside, strong odours (incl. spicey cooking) or animals - if towels are soiled by makeup or spills, we charge to replace them.
No boozy parties - enjoy your stay but help keep the place tidy (as you found it) and peaceful so we can keep sharing our place.
My wife Jacque and I enjoy traveling, meeting other travellers and sharing our wonderful place in the world. We have four children and family bases in Rotorua, Paraparaumu in New Zealand and Port Douglas in Australia where we are able to host travellers and holidaymakers.
Jacque is a nurse and very sporty I am a musician/health service consultant. We both enjoy the richness of our Maori heritage and happy to share.
