Kick back and relax in this stylish house that has a tremendous cabin feel! To enjoy this beautiful property, an additional $500 security deposit will be requested of you and returned if place is left clean with no damage. Hosts meet all guests upon arrival and a walk through at the end of your stay is done together and deposit is returned. No parties allowed. This property only accommodates 4 people- no visitors allowed. Please discuss with hosts beforehand if an exception is required.

Le logement
Enter the property on the main floor entrance. There is lots of space here to store your gear and hang winter clothes. Make your way up the stairs to the large living room living where you are greeted by a large screen TV and enough soft leather recliners for the whole family, perfect for a cozy movie night.

The master bedroom with king size bed is directly off the living room with it's own ensuite and lake views, ideal for a romantic getaway.

If the whole family is along for the fun you will appreciate how the living room flows into a well appointed kitchen and a dedicated dining room. A separate den on this floor gives the kids or another couple their own space with a pull out couch and another TV. This den also doubles as an office for those longer stays.

In the summer enjoy the large pool, one of the only in-ground pools in the whole valley. The walkout from the kitchen to the second story patio that oversees the pool ensures you are never far from the action.

The hot tub is open year round and the perfect way to end a day on the lake snow or shine.

Drive slow when you come into Kannata Valley. There is a sharp turn when you get down the hill. Go slow 20km/hr. There are also speed bumps along Lakeshore drive. Go 30km/hr and wave to the neighbours.
