Our charming and modern Townhouse will comfortably fit two while providing you with everything you need!

Our 700sq. ft. 1BR/1BA (+ Den) one-level Townhouse will easily fit three and offers a great stay for those willing to stay in a quiet and attractive neighbourhood.
Our Townhouse features a large living room, an open kitchen, a large bedroom, a large den, a medium size dressing room, and a large bathroom. You will also have access to the outdoor patio with table, chairs and BBQ.
The kitchen is equipped with Oven, Micro-Wave, Dishwasher etc...

The bedroom with Queen bed will perfectly fit 2 people. Families with one child are also accepted and welcome to bring their own crib if needed.
Otherwise, the living room could be the perfect spot to use our spare double-size mattress if you have a child or if you are a group of 3.

With our apartment, you will have access to a large living room equipped with a sectional couch, a coffee table, a wall-mounted TV, a dining table with bench and chairs as well as the open kitchen equipped with Oven, Micro-Wave, Dishwasher etc...
The bedroom includes a Queen size bed, a medium size dressing room and a large bathroom with 2 sinks and a bathtub/shower.
The den features an extra space for a desk and storage as well a washing machine and dryer.
You will be able to enjoy a Smart TV, Apple TV & Wireless Internet Connection.
The nice extra with our townhouse is that you will also have access to the Gym/Swimming Pool/ Hot Tub facility located right in front of our main entrance.
An underground parking is available with a stall number reserved for the townhouse. You can access the parking anytime, day and night. There is also free parking outside (2hrs maximum).
You can also have access to a large Car2Go parking and use their services if you need a vehicle for the day.

We won't be interacting with our guests during our stay but one of our friend will be available upon request if you have any inquiry or need any assistance.

Olympic Village has been certified as the greenest, most energy efficient and sustainable neighbourhood in the world in 2010.
You can walk, run, bike, skate, drive and even boat all around the area. What's great about our neighbourhood is that not only it's attractive but it's always moving. I'm always amazed to see people walking, running or biking on the seafront while some others like to enjoy the downtown/science world/mountain view.
It fits any type of lifestyle!
Tap & Barrel and Craft! are located in the Olympic Village and will take you to an amazing scene where food is great and craft-beers are awesome!

Located on Olympic Village, our Townhouse is located in a pedestrian alley, a block away from the seafront and Science World and all convenient stores (London Drugs, Urban Fare, Terra Bread, Liquor Store etc...)
You will also be close to the Science World Skytrain station, Olympic Village Canada Line station, Aquabus stops and loads of Taxis.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Morgan's townhouse over the long weekend. Even though we did not meet in person, Morgan was very friendly over emails, prompt to answer questions and made our stay exceptional as he accommodated to all our needs. His townhouse was beautiful, exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean and in a central location. Buses nearby, skytrain station within walking distance and the seawall was steps away from their porch. He was very accommodating with check in/out and the free parking was a bonus. We had a great time at Morgan's townhouse and would most definitely stay there again!
