Extraordinary historic home on a 4-season landscaped lot with walking paths, just steps away from parks, minutes from downtown and airport. A YMCA is one block away. The screened porch by our trickling koi pond is a great place to enjoy coffee or fresh air with a beverage in the evening. This porch is off the library that retains the sweet smell of books that have been with the house since it was built in 1905. The remembrance of Jazz greats is a big part of the history of this house.
Large bedroom with comfortable Queen size bed, bathroom next door to your room used only by you unless we have personal quests on 2nd floor. Laundry is also on the 2nd floor. Full use of a chef's kitchen and fresh herbs grown right outside the kitchen when in season.

You are welcome to use kitchen, the back yard fire pit, and the screened porch. Love it when guests use the piano in the library! We encourage you to walk around the yard if you like, especially if you are interested in plants. We love to talk about plants.
Échanges avec les voyageurs
We are an outgoing couple with a busy lifestyle. However we are always eager to share our favorite places in the city, possibly offer a ride to help you avoid traffic headaches. We are available when you. need us, but it's a big place so you may not see us much. We have three friendly dogs, although that number is everchanging.
Smoking allowed outside in designated areas.
