My condo in Makiki will immerse you right into the heart of Honolulu. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed, with side tables and a closet. The second bedroom has a full sized futon, closet, desk, printer, and sporting equipment for your use. There are sliding 'pocket doors' to separate this room from the living room.
The living room, kitchen, bathroom and lanai are all for your use and convenience.
The view off the lanai gives you a peek-a-boo view of Diamond Head to the east. On Friday nights, you can see the fireworks reach just over the tops of the Hilton Hawaiian Village every week. The bedrooms and rest of my condo are painted very brightly. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms to keep the air flowing. There is a full kitchen with fridge, stove, blender, and full sets of cooking tools, pots and pans.

Treat it like your home, with Aloha!
The building does not allow pets.
Smoking on the lanai only with the door closed.
Please wash dishes and wipe up crumbs in a timely manner, we don't want to attract unwanted 'guests'. Hawaii is prone to these little friends, but not my apartment. If you seen any buggas, contact Kathy or myself and the professionals from Terminix will swing by!
If you are staying a long period of time and doing laundry, there is a lint trap inside the dryer and a separate water basin for the dryer vent that must be refilled so as to not create a possible fire hazard. It is behind the vent in the bathroom, floor level, and labeled.
If you are staying for a long period of time, there are basic cleaners and supplies for upkeep. If you would like a professional, we can put you in contact with them, and you can pay them directly for their time.
If something is not working correctly or broken, please contact Kathy. or myself so we can remedy the situation. i.e. water leaks, non-working appliances, non- working electrical outlets or electronic devices. It is not fun to have to discover these types of surprises, after the fact. This is my home, and I live here :) The house rules grow with each new experience that I have as a host.

Happy Sailor Chick - I am a merchant marine who spends much of her time at sea, traveling the world in a most interesting way since 2002. While away, I enjoy reading and writing, taking very amateur photos of the spectacular views, working in the engine room and hopefully spending time ashore. I enjoy hiking, snorkeling, and going on adventures. Making a home in Hawaii has been crucial to those exploits. I hope that during your stay you get to partake in some of your own new and exciting experiences.
