Description

Welcome to Olana Bed and Breakfast. We are a small, family-run resort on the water near 100 Islands National Park. Olana is a reference to the Garden of Eden, a natural paradise where you can relax and rejuvenate body and soul.

We have four private guest rooms in our guest building with an additional guest room in our main house. Our location is convenient to the City of Alaminos, the town of Labrador, and the 100 Island National Park and area beaches. Guests can relax in the garden and enjoy views of the sea and mountains and walks in the countryside. We are on the water, and guests can enjoy swimming just steps from their rooms.

Guests will have access to the garden, beach, restaurant, off-street parking, and free wi-fi in the restaurant and patio areas.

Your hosts, Angie and Doug, are experienced travelers and love meeting new people, but they also respect guests desire for privacy. If you want company to share the expenses of renting a boat to tour 100 Islands and go snorkeling, we would love to join you!

Sea and mountain views, natural countryside (no industry or commercial properties). Clear waters, ocean breezes, and the peaceful atmosphere are what await you. We have just renovated the garden and restaurant areas, and we are confident you'll love your visit here. The beach at Olana is somewhat sandy during low tide, but a little rocky, too. There is a huge, sandy beach about 20 minutes away in Lingayen.

Public buses from Pasay Bus Terminal in Manila will drop you off directly in front of Olana Bed and Breakfast. Tricycles, buses and jeepneys are available for short trips into town or the City of Alaminos. Scooter and motorcycle rentals are available. If you come by car, there is ample off street parking within the gates of the resort. A private van can be arranged to bring you and your party to the resort from Manila Airports for about $150.

Olana Bed & Breakfast is under new ownership. The resort was formerly known as the Parrot and Tree Resort. Whether you are driving or taking public transportation to Olana, the directions are the same. Public buses (Five Star, Victory) heading toward Alaminos and Bolina will pass directly by our gate. We are 2 kilometers past the center of the Town of Labrador. After you enter the Barangay of Laois, you will pass by an Alaminos Gas Station on the left, then a Japan Surplus warehouse on the left, then Bonita Beach Resort on the right. Olana is just after Bonita on the right side of the main road, and just before GRM Prawn Hatchery. Our front gate is dark brown wooden with a gold pergola and red walls.

Doug And Angie

We just moved back to the Philippines, Angie's country. Doug is originally from the United States. We love traveling and meeting new people. We made our new home at Olana Bed and Breakfast because of the natural beauty and simple life style this part of the Philippines has to offer. We chose the name "Olana" because to us, this is our little Garden of Eden. You will find wonderful opportunities for snorkeling, diving, boating, swimming, exploring here. The food is delicious (fresh seafood!!!!), and the local people are friendly. Doug is a retired educator (teacher and administrator), having worked many years overseas and in the states. We share an enduring faith in God, and continue to be in awe of His diverse creation. We look forward to your visit.
