Guest will have access to and from the KY based/ Cincinnati OH airport easily. This is a tri-state area resting on the banks of the Ohio River lined with parks - Indiana is 20 minutes away. The apt. second floor entrance is on the driveway side of the house. Depending on the time of the year the driveway may provide private parking exclusively for the apt. Discuss parking with the host and/ or the property manager. The second floor deck is for guest(s) access only. The first floor deck is private- - no guest access. No child allowed on the second floor deck without adult supervision.
When entering the apt. see the light switch on your right - one switch turns on the stairway light and the other switch turns on the private entrance porch light. This porch light is to be kept on 24/7!! Please do not ever turn it off. There is tape over this switch to prevent it being turned off. However, if by chance it is turned off; please be a great guest and turn it on and leave it on.
Finally, and importantly, before you plan to check in contact the host or the property manager in to obtain the code that opens the lock box so you can get your keys to the apt. ;-) Very important for your access! ;-)

I hope to meet all of my guests in person and be present during their stay since I live in the home that houses this apt. I will be available to speak with the guests on the phone and on line. Depending on the dates of the guest's residence, I may not be available in person. However, in that case my property manager will be available on an as need basis.
Many details about this apt. are noted. However, if potential guests would like to talk with me about anything not addressed I'm available.
Shampoo and toilet tissue are provided for short term stays.
Potential guests must personally ask Airbnb to release their phone number to me.
Importantly: When checking in the apt. using the key (s) to let yourself in remember to use only the dead bolt lock. The Darling Apt. doorknob lock is inoperable ( it doesn't work). The apt. door at the top of the stairs does not have an operable doorknob lock. The apt. secure with dead bolt lock only at the entrance of the apt. This entrance door is located on a small porch located on the driveway side of the house. This porch light is left on 24 hours, seven days a week for your safety.
When you check out of the apt. return the key to the lock box on the doorknob and scramble the lock box combination.
Off street parking is to be discussed personally with the host or her
designated current property manager.
No indoor smoking, pets allowed upon consultation with the owner or property manager. No children / infants allowed without previous consultation with the owner or property manager. I expect guest to behave as if the apt. was their own and that the neighborhood is also their own. This means quiet after 10 PM and no disturbance of the wonderful neighbors or other guests. My Bellevue neighbors are among the nicest I've ever known.
