The guests can have as much or as little interaction as they would like with our lovely property manager. There is no doubt you will find her warm, friendly and very helpful.
This is a private apartment and guests have full privacy. The on site property manager is there if needed to solve any problems re: the apartment. She lives in a separate unit on the premises, with a separate entrance.

We have a special love for Jerusalem. We lived in the German Colony prior moving to London. Our dream was to own a home in Jerusalem, so our children can experience our ancient Homeland. When we saw this special apartment in the German Colony, we knew instantly, that it was the perfect Holiday-Vacation home. We chose this location, the German Colony, because it is unique and beautiful. Though Anglo's live in the neighbourhood, it is still populated with many Israelis. The flavour of the neighbourhood is diverse and entertaining. Emek Refaim Street is an up scale area filled with great Kosher restaurants, chic shops, cafe's, artisan boutiques, a large pool, day-spa, gym, live theater, Indie cinema, parks/playground and many Synagogues. The locals are friendly and welcome tourists. We feel blessed to own this beautiful Holiday-Vacation property...our home away from home.
Everything one needs while on vacation or holiday is close at hand. The apartment is full of light and very spacious. All the amenities are of the highest standard and it is fully equipped. The outside patio/courtyard is an Oasis. This space is wonderful for relaxing, reading and watching the sunset. The flat is a few minute’s walk to great restaurants, outdoor eateries, shops, Synagogues, up scale markets, historic sites, parks, and more. You can't beat the location of this Jerusalem Oasis.
