I live at a different place, about a 20min bicycle ride away. Usually guests enter the apartment through an easy self check in process. Nevertheless you can contact me at anytime and i'm happy to assist you throughout your whole stay.

Being located right at the entrance to the stunning Shokoku- ji temple (foto) and only a 5 minutes walk away from the imperial palace, the area is not only filled with beautiful Japanese style parks, but magnificent ancient temple sites. I love to go for an early morning run around the palace or enjoy a walk in the park of Shokoku-ji temple.

Take the subway Karasuma line from Kyoto stn. towards Kokusaikaikan and get off after 10min. at Imadegawa stn. A short 2min walk along the street leads you to your new home. WELCOME

The building itself surely needs some cleaning, but the apartment, quite small in its appearance, got recently fresh renovated and equipped with everything a travelers heart is beating for. Please consider the bed size before you make a booking. It is semi double (120 x 200), which is specious for 1 person and comfortable for most couples.

Since the place is located in a local area, it is important to respect the Japanese culture by keeping the voice down, especially when entering and exiting the building and while staying on the rooftop. Thank you so much.

Ralf

Hi there and thank you for reading my introduction.
I came to Japan in 2012 after a 3 years mind opening travel through New Zealand, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Burma, Laos, China, Russia and Poland. It was in China where I met my beautiful wife. That was the moment Kyoto flowed in to my liveI and soon after became my home until the present day. I love sports, the nature, good food, lovely people and the challenge of living within an unique culture. I'm looking forward to welcome you to Kyoto and make my home your home.
