A delicious breakfast in the garden or on the balcony, desert views and a friendly host, and most of all the sound of silence. This house is old but cozy in its own way, with three rooms and one bath. There are five beds and three air mattresses.
The house is bigger than it looks from the outside with lots of space to lounge. Beautiful views of the desert, mostly quiet and peaceful except for the howling of coyotes and the occasional wolf! Lots of songbirds as well. Because of the space sometimes people like to bring friends and there is plenty of room if one can be flexible and sleep on air mattresses. The whole house can be reserved.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests will have access to the whole house with the possible exception of the kitchen. That can be decided later. There are 7.5 acres to explore and now is the time of wild flowers.

I enjoy meeting and getting to know my guests as long as they are in agreement.Otherwise, of course I give them all the privacy they like.
Because of the desert sand I prefer to leave my shoes at the entryway. It would be good to bring heavy socks or house slippers if possible.
I expect my guests to be considerate and respectful of the limitations of living in the desert but the most important thing for me is that they feel at home here and have a pleasant stay. It would be difficult for them not to!

I am a people lover, a world traveler, a linguist, a cook, a gardener, and a musician, among other things. Who I really am is a mystery, even to myself, I am still learning. I love to laugh, to dance, to share my activities with friends, and there are no strangers in my life. I am very grateful for this life and the riches of my adventures. Please share some of yours!
Some things I would miss if they disappeared would be good books to read, the chance to cook ethnic food for my friends, to sing out in the desert, to pet my cats, to plant seeds and watch them grow. I love all kinds of music, but especially opera. It will be so wonderful to have visitors in my home. I like my own company, but totally enjoy making new friends. Let me spoil you! My friends call me Sampatti.
