"Coed-Oer-Le" is an elegant 17th century former farmhouse in an outstanding rural location in this beautiful part of Montgomeryshire in Powys, Wales. The house is in an elevated position, in an acre of grounds, with panoramic south westerly views.
The house, which dates back to the 17th century, is beautifully situated in rolling countryside with views to die for! Immaculately presented with everything you might need to spend a relaxing few days away from it all. And if you feel the need to explore, simply enjoy wandering around the acre of grounds or, within easy reach, take in the splendour of local lakes and waterfalls, historic castles, country towns and pubs, restored steam railways and so much more.
Our rooms are tastefully decorated and well appointed to help make you feel instantly at home. Our beds and bedding are of very high quality to ensure the best possible night's sleep.

Guests have sole use of the spacious lounge which adjoins the bedroom and en-suite shower room. The lounge has a double aspect with views at one end looking out over the rolling hills and valleys, and, at the other end, to the garden. This room has a TV and doubles as the dining room where the sumptuous breakfast is served. Guests have their own private access to their area of the house through a door which leads into the lounge and out into the Summer, breakfast can be served in the garden, whilst in the evening, guests might simply choose to relax here .

We take our cues from our guests and will interact with them as much, or as little, as they wish. On the one hand, we respect their privacy, whilst also wishing to be available, if needed, to provide advice and guidance regarding local walks and/or attractions.
We are in the midst of rural Wales-a well established farming community in gorgeous, rolling, unspoilt countryside with views of the Berwyn Mountains in the distance. There are many and varied walks in the immediate vicinity and we are ideally situated for exploring so much else:-
Glanseven Hall and gardens
Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway
Dingle nursery and gardens
Offas Dyke path
Public transport eg buses, are quite sparse so guests really need to have their own independent means of getting around. There are train stations at Oswestry and Welshpool 10 to 12 miles away.
A warm welcome awaits guests with tea/coffee and cake/biscuits on arrival.
Breakfast of your choice from locally sourced organic produce where possible.
We do not own pets, and do not wish to have pets in the house.
No smoking inside the property.
