Quirky old Austin feel, surrounded by new commercial shopping, dining & nice subdivisions. This far south pocket of Slaughter Lane contains the few old neighborhoods from the 60s & 70s, before the city annexed the area in the early 80s. Quiet, stable street that ends in a cul-de-sac.

South Austin is a great area with lots of variety, charm, character, interesting people and more elbow room than you'll find in the city core.

Automobile. Bus. Bike. Sidewalks (except Swansons Ranch Rd). These all abound and make transit one of the best features of this location.

Slaughter Lane runs east/west, connecting I-35 & Mopac Expressway, with endless major retailers within a few miles, either direction. The massive Southpark Meadows shopping
mecca is 2.5 miles away. Neighborhood Starbucks, HEB, Tex-Mex, gyms, parks, schools abound along Slaughter's 4-6 lane quick transit.

North & south bound arteries (S Congress, S First, Manchaca, Brodie, West Gate) are all close and can take you downtown without getting onto the freeways (avoid during rush

For bikers, Slaughter Lane has a bike lane (for the intrepid who don't mind fast-moving traffic)

Capital Metro provides affordable bus routes within walking distance. Working downtown or at UT? Leave your car at the property and ride the Burnet/Manchaca 3 (full schedule) or
Manchaca Flyer 103 (rush hour) to avoid driving/parking. You can also take your bike on the Burnet/Manchaca 3. (30 minute transit time to downtown)

This listing is for a 30 day/night minimum, renewable stay on a month to month basis. Please note that you must choose a 30 day block when booking. Available dates on a first
come/first serve basis. Two professional adults may share the room, though the listed price is for one adult. If you desire a reservation for two adults, I'll send you a special offer for the base price + $75 when I receive your request via Airbnb. Please note the room size, 10.5' x 11'. Queen size bed.

1) Guests are working professional adults who may have differing schedules. Reasonable activity and noise levels are fine. Each guest is expected to respect sleep/work schedules of
those who share the home. Follow the golden rule and treat the other guests as you would want to be treated. 10 PM - 6 AM (Quiet Hours) expected daily.

2) Maid service is not provided. Clean up after yourself. Do not expect anyone else to do this for you. Complaints can be directed to me via email, if a guest notes that another guest
does not comply with this rule.

3) No smoking on the premises.

4) Non-guest(s) are permitted on the premises in the common area, while accompanied by booked guest. Non-guests not permitted on the premises during daily Quiet Hours (10 PM - 6 AM).
