This eclectic home of an art director/vintage enthusiast was built in 1974. I like to entertain, so the house is set up to comfortably hold several guests. Great for families and those who love to cook!
My house has lots of natural light, dual French doors that open onto a big patio, and lots of driveway parking. Clean and spacious, comfortable and eclectic, this house has many amenities: a clothes steamer, filtered water, board games, multiple office work stations and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Accès des voyageurs
Guests have full access to the entire house and patio, as well as the front and back yards. There are many parks and outdoor amenities in the immediate area. Sugar Land's Town Center (fewer than 10 miles away) offers many restaurants, as well as shopping and live music on weekends. You'll be close to a major freeway leading straight into downtown Houston, making it a quick trip. M.D. Anderson Cancer Center is 20 minutes away, as is the zoo, China town, and Houston's museum district (largest in the nation!).
Échanges avec les voyageurs
I won't be present, but I'm always available by phone, text or email. Guests can ask me anything about Houston or Sugar Land, as I commute to the city daily and know restaurants and local attractions in both places!
An air bed is also available, bringing the total number of sleep spaces to 8.
The house is not available for parties. Please keep a close eye on young children, as the house has not been childproofed and a few things are antique/breakable. No pets allowed; smoking on the patio only. If you use any dishes, please wash them, and do not leave food/crumbs out. No food is allowed in the bedrooms. If you remember, please turn off the heat/ac if you're gone during the day. Thanks, y'all!
