Lovely bric a brac place. Unique. Lovely semi mountainous location outside of Kyoto. There's real character to the house a sort of backpacker feel. Partly included in the shenanigans. Couldn't really contribute with my non existent Japanese. But we went to a darts bar and had okonomiyaki and Hide drove like a lunatic.

房东正好出差,虽然没有见到。但是对于信息的回复非常迅速。房间和照片里的一样。地理位置距离京都其实还是有点远,但是巴士的终点站不远就是,所以从京都站出发还好。

Sayuri is a fantastic and kind host. She was very welcoming and made us a delicious dinner the night when I arrived. Her place and the town are very beautiful and outside the busy city, which is exactly what I was looking for. It is easy to get to Kyoto if you need to. I highly recommend if you want a truly special experience.

Sayuri is a brilliant host. Very diligent to assist with all your needs. She met me at the bus station, cooked me breakfast and dinner, and invited me to a gathering with her friends. The home is old but cosy. It was cold at night but the blanket is very thick and was warm enough. The shower room is under construction and the temporary one is not going to appeal to those who like 5 star hotels. The area is very beautiful and there are a few sites to enjoy for a day or two. Happy to recommend staying here.

Sayuri is a excellent host, she went to me to the bus station and help me a lot, she is so kind and friendly. I'm great full. Thank you very much Sayuri San

sayuri is very kind and helpful! in a way you couldnt ever imagine, so her place is actually very secluded back in the mountain and i happened to miss my last bus to her place. But, she sent her friend! yasan! to pick us up, with his blue big car it looked like a knight in a white horse! then on our next day, we had a very pleasant dinner along with her friend, enjoying sake, various japanese sweets and it was memorable. Well, the place itself also very wonderful! subarashi! it was a quite traditional house, very friendly neighbour, awesome cake shop around, and scenic view within walking distance! 5 stars indeed!
