À propos de ce logement

A stunning waterside property on a hidden quay overlooking the harbour and out to sea, in the centre of Falmouth. Luxury accommodation; 2 king bedrooms with ensuites and 2 double bedrooms. The living room and kitchen open onto the balcony. Luxury Mews house, sleeping 4 also available, at 50% discount to the House prices.

Waterfront location, on the quayside. Luxury property with 2 master suites, both with en-suite facilities. Child friendly with stair gates, travel cot, high chair and lots more. The large beamed living room, with log-effect burning stove (amazing invention), leading onto balcony with seating for 8+ overlooking the water. The kitchen opens up onto the balcony overlooking the sea, and at the back has views over the garden.

Guests are given a key code prior to arrival and contact details for the housekeeper.

Approach King Charles Quay via New Street, taking the first right onto Quay Hill, straight down the hill crossing Arwenack Street (one way traffic coming from your left) then down Quay Street past the Chain Locker pub. King Charles Quay is on your left through an archway (see photo).

Please note you MUST reverse into King Charles Quay from Quay Street. It will help to have someone behind your vehicle guide the driver through the first time. There is plenty of room, just keep to the right through the archway and steer to the right when your back wheels clear the arch. It may seem a little daunting the first time you try this manoeuvre, but we have taken our Subaru Outback Legacy estate car through on many occasions. Our car is 4730 mm long and 2030 mm wide. Other guests have driven an E-class Mercedes estate car through. We have also guided the local plumber and a British Gas engineer through in their Transit vans.

We have a local housekeeping team, part of a fantastic company, run by Katie, and they also provide concierge services for guests. Concierge services are available to book trips, arrange for a chef to cater at the house, and many more. Details are provided before arrival.

A truly wonderful weekend celebrating my mums 60th. Sandra was extremely helpful and informative and could not have done enough to make the weekend run smoothly. House was beautiful just like the pictures and it felt like a home from home. Overall a wonderful time was had by the whole party and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great place everything as described very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is a perfect location. 5 star definitely will stay again next time.

I am an ex Company Director, recently retired and currently enjoying life by the sea. Our stunning home is now available to rent. My favourite restaurants (Falmouth) are Olivers and the Wheelhouse - both amazing. I never get tired of the view and there is always lots of activity on the water. We have a housekeeper, Katie who keeps the house in tip top condition and can organise trips, chefs to cook for you and much more for those who stay at Nightingale.
