1 x Kangaroo Point luxury executive home/s. Sleeps 15 (NB can be 2 separate homes)
2 x Auchenflower Town Houses. Sleeps 6 each side (+2x studio apts coming early 2106)
We are a family enterprise - specialising in quality, inner city holiday accommodation for large or small groups. With our children newly involved with their Auchenflower duplex.
MIN BOOKING is 7 nights, shorter bookings accepted as per conditions outlined below.

CARRINGTON MANOR: This majestic Spring Hill landmark art deco building was built in 1920s and
is located on prestigious Gregory Terrace. The views from Carrington Manor
overlook parklands to the front and the city skyline views and breezes from the decks are

The 3 spacious apartments occupy a whole floor each and have been fully renovated late 2015. Rent 1, 2 or all 3 units.
Carrington Apartments offer 3 different styles of art deco styling. Top level is decorated in the black/red/white bolder combinations and the animal influences of the time. The middle level features the oyster / grey white scheme with pops of lime and torquoise and creates more of a casual holiday theme. The lowest level is the more sophisticated beige hues with navy and yellow accents.
All the great features of a 1920s building including oversized bedrooms, incredible insulation from the double brick construction, high ceilings and special features have been retained and we have added the comforts of modern living. There are flow through breezes and views on all levels and from most directions.

This is accessed via the rear stairs from each apartment and the area from there is totally secure for children and pets

LINEN is free for 7+ night bookings and optional if you would like to save $$ on a shorter booking. It is hotel quality and includes sheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats, face towels, hand towels and tea towels and pool towels in summer.

There is one garage per apartment, located in Bathgate Street to rear of property. Parking meters for 12 hours on street and free after hours and weekends.

Exclusive use of apartment. Shared use of outdoor entertainment areas. Pool, fire pit, large BBQ area. (NB each apartment has it's own BBQ on the private deck).

Calendars are only marked taken when ALL our properties are reserved as our BestFit home allocation policy applies. (Coming 2016 – accurate calendars on our home site).
We have some guidelines as to how bookings are considered, but we can be flexible, it is always worth asking. Please call 7 days. 8am - 9pm.
Min booking 7 nights, or 10 nights for Christmas period.
Per night - 1 townhouse for 4 ppl $165-220 pn
Extra people $22 >4

Bookings of less than 7 nights are accepted as follows...

BOOKINGS 3+ months in advance will be assessed on an individual basis.
We also offer Carrington Apartments. 3 x art deco 5 bedroom/2 bathroom apartments in Spring Hill with pool and fire pit, air con, Foxtel, Wifi.
Lambert House - 133 Lambert St Kangaroo Point. Luxury executive residence with 6+ bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Pool, air con, Foxtel, Wifi.

As clarification, I accepted the booking from my phone, and within the hour learned an auto (URL HIDDEN) reservation came in from a group on a US ship at sea. They could not be reached to cancel, so unfortunately had to tell Joseph I could not look after them. It was within an hour or so of his request, so fortunately he was not too inconvenienced. ABB charged me $130 for the error. Gotta love dealing with a middle man!!!

It was a very good experience staying at Jennifer's house. The house was big and clean and had everything we needed. Jennifer was so kind that she gave us very detailed instructions and always replied to us in time.

I made an error by looking at the wrong month when I accepted Rob, and got back to him within 10mins when it was discovered and offered to help him find similar accommodation. (Not that there's anything quite as good as one of our homes ... lol). Happily he was understanding and did find somewhere.

We were impressed with the quality of the accommodation and all information provided. Beds were comfortable and the balconies were good size. The road noise was a bit loud in the early morning but would stay again if I needed a place for a larger group

We have been providing accommodation for over 20 years as rental homes, then student accommodation and now the most satisfying of all, is that we have converted all our investment homes to furnished homes for shorter stays. We now specialise in stays over 4 weeks, but your enquiry is always welcome.
With holiday rentals we find the properties are very well looked after, our guests are 99.9% great to deal with. When we travel, our preferred accommodation option is to stay with owners like ourselves around Australia and the world.
All our homes are within a 10minute drive of where we live, so any services needed can be delivered quickly.
Our extended Rylance family has invested in the properties we offer and we are passionately pet friendly. We are an enthusiastic dachshund family, with 2 adult children in Sydney and London and 6 chooks, (chickens for our overseas readers). ... probably should have put the kids before the dogs???
