The Unit is located on the first floor with relaxing views of the beach. It is a delight for those who want to sit on the balcony and relax or venture onto the beach and into the sea for a refreshing swim. Unfortunately between February and April 2016 the balcony is being replaced and the unit has been withdrawn from Airbnb's listing. As soon as the construction is completed this wonderful holiday hideaway will be back. Guests interested in staying during renovations please contact us.
The apartment is located on the first floor overlooking the beach. It is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, lounge and dining area and a bathroom with an easy access shower. The kitchen is equipped to help make mealtimes a pleasure to prepare. The pantry is set up with tea, coffee etc and extras are provided to make sure your holiday is a great success.
Our apartment is an excellent short-term holiday destination waiting for you to come and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere and escape from the rat race.

Guests have access to all the facilities within the apartment as well as onsite laundry and off-street parking.
The Seacliff Beach Hotel is close and about 1.5km north is Jetty Road Brighton lined with cafes, restaurants and shops.

Seacliff Beach and the neighbouring suburbs provides a relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
There is a large park with playground equipment where families gather for picnics.
Great walks along the beach or on the sidewalk. Boating facilities are close by and you can fish from the nearby Brighton jetty.
Seacliff Beach is only 30mins from the McLaren Vale wine region and many attractions of the Fleurieu Peninsula.
From the airport, guests can drive straight up Brighton Road to Wheatland Street and then turn right onto the Esplanade. Our apartment is just on the right. Distance is approximately 15 km from the airport.
Once at the apartment, bus and train transport is within walking distance (about 350m) up Wheatland Street.

It is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed unless they are recognised as an assistance pet.

A baby boomer who enjoys semi-retirement and would love to share the fun times we have enjoying the seaside sunsets and ambient environment. Our unit is on the sea front facing the beach. I love our summer and autumn weather and the relaxed lifestyle this property gives us.
