Great 1 bed apartment in the heart of the Old Town - 3 min walk to the beach and 1 min walk to the Cours Saleya flower market. Traditional, beautiful and authentic Nice!
Eve has the advantage of being high up in a very traditional Old Town building. This means it has the benefit of a cool breeze passing over the rooftops and into the apartment. It has cool white tiled floors and has a homely feel with French inspired furnishings. Overlooking the bustling pedestrian Rue de la Préfecture in the Old Town, we think you’ll find it hard to resist the many restaurants, boutiques and food shops below.

Dear sir/madam We really enjoyed our stay in Nice. We were made to feel very welcomed by Niina, she gave us a lot of advice about Nice and the accommodation. She was extremely approachable and friendly. The apartment was clean and homely, we slept comfortably. We would book with your nice apartment again. Kind regards,

On arrival in Nice, we were met in the square a short walk from the apartment. and then given a look at the apartment followed by a rundown of all the immediate places of interest in Nice along with being told what was on our doorstep. The apartment could not be more ideally situated in the heart of the old town, but high enough up that street noise was not an issue at all. Immediately below the apartment, there is a gorgeous patisserie making stunning puddings along with a little shop around the corner that sold the most beautiful tasting homemade ravioli, and of course a wine shop also to allow you to rustle up a simple but stunning lunch in the room if needed. Being in the heart of the old town, as soon as you step onto the street you have a range of shops, markets, bars and restaurants all within 5 to 10 minutes walk - giving you the choice of somewhere new to eat every time you are hungry. The apartment is well provisioned with all you need, it was impeccably clean and the room and bed really comfy, along with a fantastic meet and greet service from Niina, the apartment manager. She was incredibly helpful and informative before we even arrived in Nice, providing various options on how to travel to the apartment from the airport and then giving lots of additional information and maps to help us plan our stay. If we return to Nice, we will definitely return to Eve!

As a couple looking for an apartment with character and charm, Eve ticked all the boxes. It was ideal for us as we were looking for somewhere that provided both entertainment and culture. The apartment is amongst the hussle and bussle of the old town and still remains very traditional. You turn one way and you reach the local market, another and you reach the beach, another and you're close to the centre of the old town with the restarants and bars and within another short walk you are at the bus station that takes you pretty much where ever you could desire. When we reached the apartment we were greeted with a welcome basket that contained the essentials to get you set up. The appartment itself allowed us to choose whether we went out of an evening or bought food into the appartment and cooked a nice meal. There are shops locally that you can purchase wine at a very reasonable price and the local fresh pasta shop became quite popular with us. We would definitely like to come back

I travelled to Nice from England with 3 friends, we are all 18 years old and stayed in the Eve apartment. It was an absolutely perfect location for the night life and restaurants in the old town. In fact, we couldn't have been more central. Lovely clean apartment with everything we needed. The old town was beautiful and very lively, I would recommend to stay in the old town if you're looking for a fun (maybe not so peaceful) holiday. The street that the Eve apartment is on, Rue de la Prefecture, has one of the best and liveliest bars we have ever been to, Wayne's Bar. So that was very handy! We were greeted by Niina Pirttiniemi, who was very informative and helped us with a lot, especially with the buses and where to visit Overall, absolute perfect location, lovely apartment and I would highly recommend the Eve apartment to young travellers or people who are looking for a lively holiday in Nice. Thank you for a very memorable holiday.

We had a great time and would like to say thanks for a seamless booking process and meet and greet on arrival - will definitely recommend you to others and will use you again when we return to Nice. Fantastic apartment - couldn't fault it. Superb location in the old town, less than a 5 minute walk to the market and beach. Great places to eat nearby - Le Tire Bouchon, Chez Renne Socca and a pre-cooked chicken from the charcuterie beneath the apartment are all well worth trying. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again or stay at another of Your Nice Apartments properties. A brilliant start to our honeymoon.
I recently spent a long weekend in a one bedroom apartment in Eve, in the Old Town, with a lovely view from the living-room windows of a bustling pedestrian precinct below. What a delight. Recently and very tastefully refurbished, it is comfortable, cheery and close to wonderful restaurants, cafés, shops and an incredible market in the nearby square on Saturday – makes our Los Angeles markets look tame! And just beyond that square – the Corniche and the beach. Within easy walking distance of department stores, railway station and Monoprix, which has to be one of the best food shops in Nice, this flat is perfectly placed for convenience, with all the charm of the Old Town added. The weather in late April was heavenly, warm and sunny – we had only one gloomy day which didn’t stop us one bit. Highly recommended.

My friends and I found this apartment a great option for a short break. We liked the central location of the apartment as well as it's proximity to the beach and bars, cafes etc.
The apartment was modern inside and very nicely decorated. The rooms were a good size and easily fitted four adults.
The stairs up to the apartment may be a negative for some people as there are many and they were quite steep on certain levels. However, my friends and I enjoyed the extra work out!
We would recommend bars such as Wayne's for it's live music and dancing on the tables (which is actively encouraged) and there are great local cafe's for morning crossaints or pain au chocalat.
Great places to visit near by include - the port, Eze village (by bus) and Antibes for the beaches and great water park.
Highly recommended area to visit and great service from local agent Kerri - She gave us lots of information before the visit and was a great help in getting us settled in.
BOOK NOW! :)
Nice, France has been an amazing trip for us. And Grace/Valerie has made our stay beyond amazing. The apartment is spacious and bright! Two big windows with an amazing view, over-looking the streets of the beautiful "Old Town". The kitchen is fully equipped. The livingroom couches are comfortable. And the bathroom has everything you need. She was nice to provide toiletreies.. Cant wait to come back and stay here again. (The only downside or a great workout for some, is that you'll have to go up roughly 45 stairs/4th floor to get here. no elevator) It was the perfect workout after all of that gelato! Thanks again!
The total price of this apartment includes crisp white linen for one king size bed and fluffy white cotton towels for two people.
5* hotel standard cleaning is a must for all our properties, but if you require extra…
Mid stay cleans or a change of linen and towels this can be paid for during the booking process in ADDITIONAL EXTRAS. Or you can speak to your Local Manager on check in. There is a standard price for extra cleans and change of linen that is stated in ADDITIONAL EXTRAS during the booking process.
