You are guests in this home. Please enjoy it, and treat it with the same care you would your own home. The number of individuals in the home is not to exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation, or the maximum occupancy of the home, at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. We welcome well-behaved dogs at this home, as long as we have been informed about your dog(s) prior to your arrival and an additional, onetime, non-refundable $70 pet fee has been paid for each dog ( 1-2 dogs max allowed). Our pet policy is simple. Please clean up after your dog, do not let it on furniture, remember to obey local leash laws, and ensure your neighbors are not disturbed by barking. Please do not play loud music, create noise that can be heard at the property line or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want vacation renters to act in your neighborhood back home. Your neighbors need their beauty sleep, especially after 9:00 pm. Our detailed Rental Agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation (or upon request).

This is a nice house very spacious and the location is great. It would be great if the backyard is trimmed and clean. Overall we had a nice stay.

This was not the experience we had expected, or paid for. The front yard is not maintained, and not usable for general play. The HOA beach is not well maintained, and not worth paying the premium to be on the beach. The house is sizable enough, and they've done a nice job of interior design. The property management company didn't return calls. The outdoor areas were covered dirt. The upstairs balcony warns that not more then 3 people should be on it. The main west shore road, on which the house is situation is a constant source of noise, and undermines any benefit of being located on the beach. I feel like the place is not well represented on this site, and I suspect that is why there are so few reviews showing.
