Le logement

In the exteriors of this property there is 1 chlorine 8x5m swimming pool with a depth ranging from 0.90m to 1.80m, and 1 outdoor shower. The 150m2 paved surface around the pool has 5 loungers to enjoy the sun in Mallorca, fruit trees and is fenced in. This property offers 1furnished 90m2 terrace with a pergola which is situated in front of the pool and is ideal to enjoy lunch and dinner outside with your loved ones. Around the property you will have access to 1 mobile barbecue to enjoy outdoor cooking, there is space to park 4 vehicles and the property’s privacy is considered total.

The common areas of the house are very comfortable and cozy. The living room, the furnished dining room and the kitchen are in the same area. This area has a wood heater, air conditioning and is the perfect place to relax watching TV, listening to music or reading a book. The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to dazzle your family with the best and most elaborated recipes, including electric stove. Right next to the kitchen there is an area where the refrigerator is located, and in which you can store different products and kitchen items. There are a total of 2 bedrooms in the property. 1 with 1 double bed and another with 2 single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning and closets. The property’s bathroom is complete and has a rainfall showerheads. In full, this property has 2 fans, 3 air conditioning / heating devices, 1 in each room and the 3rd in the living room, kitchen and dining room area.

NOTE: This property’s rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property.

Because of Costitx' location in the centre, you may hear some airplanes going by.
Pets are not allowed at this property.

Santa Eugenia is a small village on the island of Mallorca with the advantage of being close to the main roads, which will give you access to any part of the island. It is a very nice and quiet village surrounded by large tracts of countryside. It has all the necessary services for you to enjoy your holidays without any limitation, and you can enjoy giving endless walks around it. This property is located less than 20 min. from the village of Sineu, which is known for its Wednesday morning market, and from the city of Palma, where you have access to all services and activities, both during the day and at night. Only 20 min. away by car you will find the touristy beach of s’Arenal, where you can enjoy lots of water sports, restaurants and nightlife.

house with wonderful . Really well prepared and clean you find earthing you need and the Hosts are wonderful people and helpful Little critic : we had no water for a half day as the tank was empty but the came to fill it up ASAP , only that the keeped 80 euros from our deposit for the watertank even a full tank is only 50 :-( would have been nice to tell us that we have to pay in advance . One more little think it's kind of noisy in the night as its full of air traffic but still I would come back to this nice location
