My wife is from Thailand and we were visiting for several months. Due to work commitments for me in another country, my wife and 10 year old daughter needed to check in and get things set up on their own. Our host couldn't have more accomodating and the process was smooth. The apartment was great. Good location, near most attractions in the Beach Road area in Central Pattaya. 10 minute walk to Central Festival, Walking Street, Soi Diana and Soi Bokaw. Very neat and clean facilities for a very reasonable cost. It would have been nice to have been told the pool was closed for the entire length of our stay, as my daughter loves to swim and that was a large part of the attraction to this unit. There is another pool at a different building, but that was still a bit of a pain. The only other negatives were a leaky shower made the floor a mess...simple recaulking would fix that, and the WiFi was extremely slow and cumbersome...but workable. All considered, we would definitely stay again.

We stayed in apartment A503, Phatsawee was extremely helpful and very responsive. Very good value for money, location is close to everything and facilities are good. We will definitely stay here again next time :)

Phatsawee was a great host - always attentive to our needs. We loved the apartment, it was well maintained and the pool was great. Would come back anytime.

Great place on a quiet street but still close to too so much that is around such as the beach, walking street, the avenue, food and bars.

Wonderful Apartment and complex. Everything very new, private, safe and secure. Only a short walk to Walking Street and Shopping Malls. 7/11 shop next to complex which was very handy for the daily necessities. I would highly recommend it to anyone and intend using it again in the future.

The condo is really really great! Big, clean and TV with many programs which are both local and international. Its location is close to each entrainment and is a quite place in Pattaya. You could get a good rest in the condo. Phatsawee is really responsible. She is willing to provide the solution to you for any problem or trouble you meet. Highly recommend this condo for you to live in Pattaya.
