We enjoyed our stay in Louise’s apartment. The location is great, very central, and also near Norreport metro station, on a direct line to the airport, which can be reached in around 15-20 minutes. Nyhavn is quite close (~ 20 minutes) by foot, or just one stop by metro. There are nice cafes, bars and shops around. We especially liked a small jewelry shop/workshop on 70th Norre Farimagsgade, an artistic couple make bespoke pieces of jewelry, which can be with a local theme. Opposite the jewelry shop, also on Norre Farimagsgade, there is a bar called Barkowski, works into small hours, nice to stop there for a drink and watch the local young crowd that drink, socialize and play board games.
The apartment is lovely, very clean, full of light. Louise kindly allowed us to drink her coffee, she has two different coffee-making devices. The balcony is nice, with large sliding doors, and you can see the lake between the houses. (lakes nearby are good for a stroll or a run). The kitchen side faces the house of a famous Copenhagen artist Tal R!
The shower room is lovely and clean, and the shower itself works well –the whole shower arrangement is the best we had in Copenhagen – and it’s not our first visit
Louise is a charming friendly host, communication was excellent. The wi-fi works very well – we expected problems having read the reviews, but there weren’t any.
Thanks a lot for everything, Louise! :)
