It doesn't get better than this! The "Hip Strip" is the center of Montego Bay where all the action is. 14th Floor Corner Apartment with an absolutely breathtaking view of the #1 beach in Jamaica, less than 5 mins from airport and near to everything!
Ok so you are looking for accommodation in Montego Bay on Airbnb. So either you're looking to save a bit off the high hotel prices, wanting something a bit "more for the price," or wanting to experience a little taste of local life. Well, this property gives a bit of all 3, while still delivering a lot of the amenities a hotel would offer (minus the daily housekeeping). Your own private apartment - this 14th floor (second highest floor) corner, spacious apartment, with this view, in the middle of everything, certainly would be prime accommodation anywhere in the world! The view you see in the pictures is taken with just my phone camera from the balcony. I really have not and cannot do it justice.
This building consists of One Bedroom apartments and studios, so being a 1BR, this unit is among the biggest sized there. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the balcony with it's breathtaking view. This is a corner apartment, so bedroom and balcony have almost a 360 degree water view (Also the best views in the building). Watch the Cruise Ships come in nearby or the beautiful Sunsets, while sipping your favorite drink on the balcony. Bedroom has one big bed and another smaller day bed (In pictures). An additional day bed is located in the living room. Central Air conditioning. Bathroom and Kitchen are a bit small but fully functional, Living Room and Bedroom is extremely spacious. Smoking allowed on balcony only. Bed Linens, bath towels, beach towels, soap and toilet paper provided. We clean before you arrive and after you leave only. Additional housekeeping can be worked out directly with an available housekeeper. The building is quite an old geeser, but that takes away NONE from the beautiful, clean apartment inside.

All amenities of this building can be used, and are included, including, but not limited to: 24hr security (very safe place), elevators, free parking (Penthouse Floor), and fully stocked mini supermarket downstairs (2nd Floor). Also, you can lounge by the pool with breathtaking ocean views! (Penthouse Floor). A Restaurant is also upstairs with an amazing view. The world famous Doctor's Cave Beach is across the road ($6 day pass).

We provide Housekeeping before you check-in and after you check out. We ensure everything is okay with you on check-in. After that, we remain on call for any queries, to ensure your privacy. The Housekeeper's number is made available to you in case you need additional housekeeping. She generally does a lot of work on the building and is often nearby. Once booked you will receive a comprehensive "House Manual" with many different instructions including directions to apartment, location of switches, and more!
This building is right in the middle of the Hip Strip. The number one beach in Jamaica is across the road! Walk to the beach, several Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs and shops on the Hip Strip (Gloucester Ave). Near to everything! Of note nearby, within walking distance are: The Port Pit Jerk Center, BIGGS BBQ, Dr's Cave Beach, Margaritaville Nightclub, Blue Beat Night Club, several shops, and many more!

Ocho Rios - 1 hour East
No need to rent a car. This area is very central to everything! Also, taxis are right outside. If you do choose to rent a car, this unit has it's own parking space for free. Additionally, an ATM Machine is right across the street.
We don't have any "rules." We know you are on vacation - enjoy! We just ask that you respect the property as you would your own house. After all, we are trusting you with our beautiful apartment.

An entrepreneur who loves to travel. When I do, I like to stay at great "value for money" spots. Places that enhance my experience of the destination, centrally located, and that are fairly priced.
