Règlement intérieur

1. Keys: Please send us a valid ID, such as a passport or driver’s license at the time of confirming a booking.

2. On checkout please drop keys at the concierge.

3. You will find a WiFi password in welcome letter at the time of arrival or you can find MiFi Dongle in the apartment so you and your party can enjoy free internet facilities.

4. We provide extra bed at an additional cost of GBP 20 per night.

5. We provide travel cot/high chair at an additional cost of GBP 35 per week.

6. We do not allow parties/loud music in our apartments.

7. Our Standard check-in and check-out times are:

Check-in time:
Monday to Friday -1500hrs – 2030hrs
Weekends- 1500hrs -1730hrs
Check-out time: 1000 hrs

An out of hours check in & check out is subject to availability & needs to be agreed at the time of making the booking & in case agreed the following charges apply:
Early weekday check in- £20 per hour
Late weekday check in- £50 for check in between 2030hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekday check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charge is applied.
Early weekend check in- £20 per hour
Late weekend check in- £50 for check in between 1730hrs-2300 hrs, post 2300 hrs £100
Late weekend check out- £20 per hour until 1300 hrs and post 1300 hrs one night charges applied.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.

Know that the apartment in the images might not be the one you are staying at. Mine, for example, had a two seat (not three) sofa and a smaller living room. Also know that you will probably not be in contact with Nathan, but rather someone from (URL HIDDEN) But overall, the apartment itself if good. It works well for business stays in a nice area and has a functioning kitchen and a fan for hot summer nights. I did however experience a few problems during my stay. The shower had very low pressure, so I ended up showering where I worked for the week. I alerted Nathan/(URL HIDDEN) about the situation, they replied that they would follow it up, but nothing happened. I also requested to book an additional bed for two nights. The first night it was not available, but in all fairness I asked for it late that day. They did have one for the next day, which I payed 20 pounds for. This bed never showed up even after follow-up from my side. This meant I had to sleep on the petite two-seater sofa. I am sure they will refund this, but it was still a bit frustrating at the time. Of course, none of these issues were major, but it was quite a contrast to the advertisement that appeared to promise a 'spacious' apartment with 'exquisite views' (there was at least no view from my apartment). I should also note that even though I talked to many different people when contacting (URL HIDDEN) they were all very pleasant, and the concierge at the apartment was super friendly as well. Would be better if the airbnb advertisement represented the apartments a bit more fairly.

I stayed at this apartment for 6 days and I stayed one time before about two weeks ago. The stay was as perfect as the time before! The apartment have everything you need. It's very clean and fresh. It's about 5-10 minutes to walk to canary wharf station or 2 minutes to the dlr station. There is a tesco just 1 minute away from the apartment. The check in was very easy, just picked up the keys from the reception in the building. I booked the apartment one day before I was arriving and there was no problem at all, everything went so smoothly. I'm very happy with this and will be staying here every time I visit London.

This is a spacious, well fitted apartment in a great location. Cobalt Place is easy to walk to Canary Wharf shops & bars etc. Plenty of room for two and everything you need. But when I stayed there the shower was poor (just needs a new shower head) and it smelled of a smoker - though not enough that I wouldn't stay here again.
