•Giving out Cards or Clickers to Guests, Vendors or other non-Residents.

oAny Food or Drinks within 4 feet of the Pool or Spa
oSmoking in Pool Area
•Excessive Noise, Nuisance, and Loud Music – Either within the Unit or in Common Area
•Storage of any Items on Balcony, including hanging towels, rugs, boxes, bicycles, etc.
•Vehicles not Registered with the Association or Security at the Flamingo Gate, Clicking Non-Resident Guests without registering with Security, and giving out Cards and Clickers to Guests or other Non-Residents
•Smoking in the Elevators, Stairwells, Pool/BBQ, or other prohibited areas.

Please familiarize yourself with our Rules and Regulations to prevent violations being sent to the Owner of the Unit. Non-compliance will result in violations and may include a scheduled Hearing and Fines.

Non-compliance of any Rules, Regulations, or Procedures may result in a Non-compliance notice, a scheduled Hearing, and fines. Per NRS 116, fines may be assessed up to $100.00 per incident, up to $1,000.00 per day. Health, Safety, and Welfare violations may result in fines exceeding

Such a beautiful well-kept condo is a community that is walkable to just about everything Vegas has to offer, but feels like a secluded, quiet, safe oasis! We loved our stay so much so that we extended an additional month! Claire was an excellent host with a very quick response time. Highly recommend! :-)

Claire is a great host. The condo was clean and we had everything we needed for the 30 days (laundry detergent, snacks, shampoo, loofah, towels etc). She replies to texts and Airbnb messages within 30 minutes, no matter what time of day. The condo is located within a gated community and super safe. It located directly behind the High Roller ferris wheel next to the Holiday Inn Vacation Homes. Condo includes underground garage parking and elevators. Will stay again, thanks Claire!

Claire and her associate Debbie were both awesome! We felt super welcome and loved this place. It's a fantastic place to stay and a 5 minute walk to the Strip. If you have a car with you, it's super secure and this unit has underground parking beneath the building...which was great. You're close enough to the strip that you don't feel "left out" of the excitement. We would most definitely stay here again. We loved it! Plus, we had a couple bottles of welcome wine..You cannot complain about that. Nice touch :) Dustin & Leslie

This is my second stay with Claire's listings. The standard is held high and I am again very satisfied with the accommodation. Definitely will recommend and book again.
