Our cabin-style townhouse is great for a family or for a group of friends. It has just been remodeled with gorgeous hardwood-like floors, brand new carpet in the bedrooms, new fiberglass stove, and new living and dining furniture. Two private downstairs bedroom: a master with own bath & second bedroom with direct access to hall bathroom are great for couples. Huge upstairs loft serves as 3rd bedroom, with 3 single and one double bed (futon) and can fit an entire family or a group of friends. Living room with fireplace, balcony, bar to the kitchen, and lots of storage space throughout for your skiing and fishing gear.
The complex amenities include Dry Sauna (open year round), indoor Spa which accommodates 10 people (closed during summer season), and coin laundry facility - all located right across from our condo, literally a few steps away.
Free shuttle stops right by the complex and can take you to main lodges and slopes, to the Village and shopping centers and grocery stores. Please refer to the city transportation website for the bus and shuttle seasonal and daily schedules.

Guests will have access to all home appliances, small kitchen appliances, all kitchen utilities, clean linens and bath towels, and other necessities, like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish washing liquids, laundry detergent, trash bags, and everything at the house.
Guests will get 2 parking permits (no more than 2 cars per unit are allowed) to park their cars in the complex, the Wi-Fi password, and the access code to the common amenities in Building "E" (for laundry, sauna, and dry spa)

No smoking of any substance is allowed in the unit, on the balcony, or anywhere in the complex. Violators will be subject of a fine of $150 or more.
2 cars maximum allowance. $150/car fee will apply for each unauthorized car and additional $50 per car for cars without displayed permits. Lost/not returned permit will result in fines, including fines to new guests and shipping and handling.
Additional Pet Deposit (if applicable, on approved pets). Please inquire about pets before booking - not all pets are approved.
Cleaning Fee includes required City of Mammoth Lakes Transient Occupant Tax.
BBQ is allowed by the HOA only if a propane grill is used. Grill is not provided but guests are welcome to bring their own. Please check with the City of Mammoth Lakes fire department website when and where it is allowed to grill.

Parking: only 2 parking spaces per unit are guaranteed. Parking rules are strictly enforced and all cars without a properly displayed permit will be fined up to $150 per day by the HOA to the owner and the host will request the fee to be paid via Airbnb Resolution Request.
Pets: all pets must be approved prior to booking. If approved, pet fee of $65-$100 per pet will apply, depending on the type and breed. Instant Booking does not guarantee pet approval. Inquire with the host before booking if you are thinking of bringing your pets.
Check-in time is after 4pm; check-out time is 10am. Late check-out will be a subject to up to a $150 fine and may be taken out of the security deposit.
Guests are expected to be respectful to the neighbors and obey local town laws, community and HOA rules.
Guests agree to follow the hours and rules for the common area facilities (sauna, spa, laundry, parking & grilling rules and common grounds).
Complex amenities (Sauna, Spa, Laundry etc) are extras and can not be personally guaranteed by the host. No refund will be offered on grounds of common area amenities non-accessibility due to emergency or other malfunction, maintenance, or closure by the HOA. Sauna operates year round and spa operates during the winter season (approximately from Thanksgiving till the end of ski season, subject to change each year).
