Experience living in one of the fabulous buildings on Karl-Marx and Frankfurter Allee - its feels like you're in Moscow, only with lively Friedrichshain neighborhood 5 minutes walk away.
Perfect starting point to explore East-Berlin !
67m2 apartment in the very livery area of Friedrichshain, with lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, next to U5 metro / M10 tram station Frankfurter Allee (5 minutes walk) and main tourists attractions.
It's located right on the former Stalinallee built in the 1950s, and as such the building is a State listed/protected monument.
The building has an elevator, and although my flat is located on the 3rd floor only, it's pretty convenient when carrying heavy suitcases.
The location is awesome: Berlin wall (East Side Gallery) is nearby, and all the famous big clubs are at walking distance (Watergate, Berghain, Katerholzig, Wilde Renate...)
Metro and tram station are not even 5 minutes walk from the flat. It's very easy to go to main tourist attractions, being 10 minutes away from Alexanderplatz with metro line 5.
The flat is divided into 1 big bedroom with a large balcony, 1 living room with a sofa, and a dinner table (4-6 people), 1 well equipped kitchen (oven, micro waves, fridge and freezer, small electronic devices etc.), 1 bathroom with bathtub+washing machine and a large corridor/entrance.
It is very light and quiet for it's south oriented and there's no vis-à-vis.
Towels and linen are of course provided, as well as a wifi access.
I left a little notebook for you with lots of recommendations (cafes, good places for brunch... well, insider tips !).

I will be very happy to answer your questions either per email or per sms/phone. I usually reply quite quickly :)
There is an elevator in the building and there is always a free parking spot just downstairs (in the courtyard), so feel free to come with your car !
No smoking / no pets please !
I would highly appreciate if you could hand over the appartment the way you found it !
You are much welcome to make use of anything you need :)
