À propos de ce logement
This cool apartment is located in Overseas Chinese Town(OCT) on Jianghua road in Shanghai, near Subway 8. It’s about (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) sq. ft.), with two bedrooms and one living room. I bought this apartment many years ago, and I also did the renovation& decoration designs for it by myself. Although it looks far to the city center on the map, in fact if no traffic jams, it takes about 20 minutes drive to the city center and 30mins subway to the people's Square. OCT has free shuttle bus to subway station during a day, and I also provide bicycles for guests. Overseas Chinese Town was designed by some Italian company, with an intention of wide visions, artistic energies and peaceful neighborhoods. In Shanghai it is really rare to see such kind of design sense of residential area. One thing I like point out the air in this area is more fresher than in the center of city.

Hello, I am victor, a visual & space designer base in Shanghai. I learned art and set design when I was collage in Beijing, and in the late 90’s I went to New York for graduate school. 10 years ago, I moved back to Shanghai from New York. Now I have a small design studio located the Bund area, doing all kinds of performing projects.
Personality? I was a very relaxed, easy-going person. I love backpacking travel and love chatting with local people when I travel. Film and theater are all my favored fields, which I always like to get myself involved whenever I have a chance. What kind of airBnB guests I like to have? Well, people can fully enjoy and take good care my “home” is definitely what I expect the most.
