Our Sean O'Casey studio apartment is our most recent addition to our Glencourt apartment accommodation.

Refurbished to an extremely high standard this Victorian apartment has all the classic charm of years gone by but has all the modern comforts from today.

A beautifully bright apartment it has a window overlooking the city of Dublin with wonderful views of the mountains.

All of our apartments are fully equipped with microwave, cooker, fridge, iron, ironing board and hairdryer to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as can be.

We have a laundry room located at the back of the house for guests in our studios to use free of charge.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you would need for self catering and we provide freshly laundered bed linen and towels.

Maps and information leaflets are provided in the apartment to help guests choose the best sights and things to do and see while staying with us.

There is an excellent bus service right outside the front door so you can reach downtown in 10 minutes or less. If you prefer to walk it's a 30 minute stroll.

We are just a 3 minute walk from the supermarket which also has a pharmacy, bakery and butchers so you will have everything you need.

There are some lovely restuarants just 10 minute walks away and some wonderful pubs that play Irish music nightly.

The famous Guinness Storehouse is close at hand as well as the Jameson Distillery both of which run tours regularly and are worth a visit. Dublin is also renowned for it's famous Temple bar area for entertainment which is a bus ride away.

For art lovers the Irish Museum of Modern Art is 15 minutes away and the National Museum of Ireland is 10 minutes away.
Trinity College, Kilmainham Gaol, Ryan's Victorian Pub, St. Patricks Cathedral, are just some other of the many wonderful attractions that are available.

If you enjoy a stroll in the park then you are perfectly located to visit the beautiful Phoenix Park which has a playground and houses Dublin Zoo. It is well worth a visit and is only an 8 minute walk away.

For a small fee we can provide an airport transfer if requested and for anyone hiring a car there is free on street parking right outside the house.

All utilities and WiFi are included in the price also.

There is an excellant bus service that runs right by the house and is frequent and reliable.
Airport transfer available upon request for a fee.
Key safe available for guests arriving late at night.

I manage to meet most guests on arrival but if I can't I nearly always get to meet them before they check out.
If I'm unable to meet anyone I email detailed instructions of where to find the keys.
I'm always available by phone or email and am happy to assist guests in any way I can.

This street is a beautifully tree lined street which runs right up the the entrance of the Phoenix Park.

This park is the largest urban park in Europe and houses Dublin Zoo and the presidential home and offices as well as a children's playground.
It is a wonderful park to visit and spans over 1750 acres.

The street also has beautiful Victorian red bricked houses all along it which date back to the 18th century so it really is a taste of old Dublin.
There is a major supermarket just 3 minutes walk as well as a pharmacy, bakery, coffee shops, bars, restuarants and many other amenities all within easy walking distance.

There are several bus routes right outside the house which will take you directly to the city centre.
Buses are regular and convenient.
We can also provide a taxi transfer from the airport if requested. We can also arrange a taxi for other excursions if desired.

I grew up in the tourist business as my parents ran a hotel in Kildare so I have always wanted to get back into the hosptality industry. I have owned this house from the early '90's when I returned from New York where I had lived for a number of years. I have been in the buidling trade for the last 20 years so I thought I would combine the two and refurbish the house and provide rental accommodation in an extremely convenient locations to tourists.
