1.Guest(s) agree to NO PARTIES anywhere on the property. Legal action will be taken for parties that cause damages to the unit, property, reputation, or relationship with building staff or other residents.
2.Smoking of any kind is not permitted in the unit or on the premises.
3.Guests agree to abide by maximum occupancy of unit, and observe quiet hours between 9pm and 9am
4.Guests are responsible for action of ALL GUESTS occupying their unit at all times.
5.Guests agree to return all keys, remotes, and parking passes. Replacement fees may apply for unreturned items
6.Guests understand that onsite building staff (maintenance and concierge) are not affiliated with Jordan or AIRBNB. Please contact me directly for any needed items.
7.Guests understand that no pets are to be in the unit.
8.Guests agree to pay replacement cost for any unreturned items, and $125 per hour fee for unauthorized early checkin or late checkout.
9.Guests are responsible for all contents in unit from checkin until checkout.
10.Any illegal activity or violation of the above terms may result in immediate expulsion from property, and will be reported to airbnb and local law enforcement. Guest is responsible for all costs associated with expulsion.
11. Guests may be asked to provide a birthday as some properties may require proof of a basic public records search. (Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation)

Overall, my experience at City View was a positive one. There were a few things that I would consider to be "negatives". First of all and least important (because this stuff happens - it's not anyone's fault) was the fact that the AC was not working when we checked in on Thursday afternoon. It was fixed the next afternoon but it was pretty hot in there for awhile. The XFinity receiver was not working in the living room but was working in the bedroom. After calling and discussing it, we were told that there was an "outage". This never explained why the bedroom receiver worked. It was never fixed so we ended up switching the receivers. The most bothersome thing and the biggest negative was the noise that we experienced. The construction site next door was very noisy (jackhammers) ALL day on Friday which made working via computer difficult. The amount of noise heard from the upstairs unit was most bothersome. It was VERY loud footsteps and stomping, objects being dropped, chairs being dragged and more - constantly. We could hear every move that the residents made - including use of a blender. We were awakened every night (except for Sunday) when they came home around midnight and were kept awake by their stomping until about 1:00am. I am not sure whether the problem was that they are very loud people or that the building was poorly constructed for noise dampening. Or both. But, I have never heard anything like that in my life from an overhead unit. Ever. However, there were so many positive things about City View. The unit was beautiful and was very nicely furnished. It felt like a luxury suite. The corner unit with the balcony and the river view were outstanding. It's location was perfect - minutes from downtown. An easy walk and a cheap $8.00ish Uber ride. The lady at the front desk was super friendly. Best of all and perhaps the biggest positive was the fact that the rental company and its staff were extremely helpful and ridiculously nice. They handled each of our phone calls about the AC, Xfinity outage and the noise compliant perfectly. They were prompt in returning calls, were very empathetic and we could tell that they genuinely wanted to make us happy and wanted to help. This fact made the "negatives" mentioned above more easy to tolerate. In the interest of being totally honest, I would not stay in this City View unit (404) again simply because of the noise issue. I would stay in another unit in City View as long as it was on the top floor. I would stay in other rentals managed by Jordan (Stay Alfred) in other cities as well.

Great host. Responded to questions in a very timely manner, and made sure that we had everything that we needed. The place was great, and in a wonderful location. Only a 10 minute walk to the heart of Nashville, and a 3 minute ride. Would definitely book again.
