Our Garden Cottage is truly unique as it is located in a quiet residential street, one block from a huge park, with access to many amenities in walking distance (restaurants, cafés, bars, tearoom, bookstore, cleaners, pharmacy...
It is a free standing Cottage in the Garden of our property with its own Private Patio, situated between lemon, plum and maple trees.
The Cottage has a generous Living and Dining Space inside and a Sleeping/ Storage Loft, accessed by a ladder. The Cottage accommodates 4 persons (King size mattress in Loft and Sofabed on Ground Floor) but comfortably it fits only 2 people. A couple might decide to stay with one or two little children.
The Interior Space is open like a Studio, with no enclosed bedroom.

No driveway parking, all parking is on street parking.
No assignment or subletting.
Tenant agrees to: (1) keep premises clean and sanitary; (2) immediately notify Owner of any defects or dangerous conditions in and about the premises of which Tenant becomes aware; and (3) reimburse Owner, on demand by Owner, for the cost of any repair to the premises, including furnishings and appliances, damaged by Tenant or Tenant’s guests through misuse or neglect. Upon arrival Tenant and Owner will examine the Premises and furnishings including appliances, furniture, kitchenware, fixtures, carpet, drapery, floor, and paint and confirm them to be in good, safe, and clean condition and repair.
Tenant will be entitled to quiet enjoyment of the Premises. Tenant and Tenant’s guests or invitees will not use the Premises or adjacent areas in such a way as to: (1) violate any law or ordinance, including laws prohibiting the use, possession or sale of illegal drugs; (2) commit waste or nuisance; or (3) annoy, disturb, inconvenience or interfere with the quiet enjoyment and peace and quiet of any nearby resident.
It is advised that the children not use for playing or sleeping a loft sleeping/ storage area accessed by a ladder in order to reduce the risk of injury.
Loft may be used by Tenant at own risk.
