ChaletsOasis Deer model is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom log home. The master bedroom has a King bed (sleeps 2) with an en-suite bathroom. On the same floor the second bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2). Also on the main floor you will find a large living room, dining room and kitchen in the form of an open concept with large cathedral windows and a stone fireplace. In the basement there is a large living room with a pool table, bar area, stone fireplace and entertainment center. There are French doors leading out to the large back yard. The third bedroom (2 single beds sleeps 2) and fourth bedroom (2 single beds sleeps 2) along with the third bathroom and the laundry room are also in the basement. For larger groups there is also a futon located in the basement and sleeps an additional 2. This home also offers 1 hot tubs located in the screened solarium. Not to forget there is a nice sitting area around a closed fire pit located in the backyard.

Rules and Restrictions:

No reservation under 25 years old are allowed.



For insurance and safety purposes, the number of individuals SLEEPING in the rental property must not exceed 14 including children more than 3 years old. Day Visitors departure time is 01:00 A.M.

Non-Smoking: Please note that this is a non-smoking property. According to By-Law #0.01, a fine of up to $500.00 can be incurred. Our Inspection Team will assess the home after your departure. Any damages due to smoking indoors will be at the renter’s cost.

Fireplace: Natural logs are permitted however Eco/Green logs are preferable. You are welcome to bring your own eco logs and starter wood. Some wood will be supplied in the winter months and additional wood can be purchased. Please let us know in advance so we can order wood for your stay. Please make sure to close the fireplace doors when its unattended.

BBQ: Permitted all year. Please close and cover BBQ after each use.

Hot Tub: The private hot tub is fully functional all year long and is located either in the solarium or in the backyard depending on the chalet you are staying in. Please make sure to cover it after each use. Please make sure not to leave children unattended. The hot tub is cleaned before every rental however if you request for a full cleaning during your rental please note there is a $50 charge and it takes approximately 4 hours.

To avoid requesting an extra cleaning during your stay
1.Take a shower before entering the hot tub
2.Don't eat or drink in the hot tub
3.Don’t go in the hot tub with sunscreen or oils on your body

Pets: are not allowed on the Property. A fine of $100 per day will be applied to the Security Deposit if evidence occurs during the client’s stay and you will be charged for any other damages caused by your pet.

Care/Cleaning of the Property:

The home is privately owned and owner expects clients to maintain their property in a clean and presentable state throughout your stay. Before departure all garbage must be placed in large garbage bags and deposited in the wooden garbage bin located outside. FAILURE TO LEAVE THE HOME IN A CLEAN PRESENTABLE STATE AFTER YOUR STAY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE OF $100.

The home is constructed with wood flooring for your comfort and enjoyment. In order to maintain the integrity of these floors, renters are required to remove all footwear (shoes, boots, sandals, etc) after entering the house. Home is equipped with tiled areas at most entrances. Please remove your footwear and leave them in the tiled area. Any damages to flooring as a result of not removing footwear will be at the renter’s cost.

The house will be inspected after your departure and if the home is not left in a satisfactory state, this may result in charges to your Security Deposit.


Children’s safety is the entire responsibility of the parents as there is a private hot tub in the 3 season solarium. Please remember to close the solarium door and cover the hot tub to avoid any injuries


The decision to rent accommodations and use of all facilities/appliances (including the use of Internet, telephone, electrical appliances, spa, sauna, BBQ, gas oven) are entirely at the renter's risk.

No responsibility can be accepted by the house owners for any event resulting in death, injury, loss of personal effects, or damage whatsoever to the renter or his/her guests' personal property.

In case of an uncontrollable situation (power failure, Internet interruption, water shortage, sewers failure, phone interruption, bug/insect presence), no refund will be processed.

Kindly Reminders:

Please keep in mind this house uses a septic tank. DO NOT FLUSH anything in the toilet except the supplied toilet paper. Also please make sure you do not leave the water running if its not needed as the house uses a well for its water supply.

Supplies included:
Bath/hand towels, bed sheets/duvets, pillows, toilet paper, paper towels, plastic bags and hand soap are supplied however shampoo and body wash are not supplied. If you intend to use the hot tub and/or lake, please bring your own beach towels.

***A separate rental agreement needs to be signed with owner and a credit card needs to be provided for the security deposit authorization***

***we are privately owned and located in a resort. You will not have access to the resorts facilities. Attempting to use the facilities may result with a fine***
